Urmila Parthasarathy is an amazing person and I'm so glad that I am able to be under her care. The staff is very friendly and I love that they are up to date with technology. We were used to ...less than stellar service in the metroplex from our docs. Lots of wait time, felt like we were a number, etc.. I had a medical issue that required urgent attention and we found this office and they were able to work us in same day. That was 5 years ago, and we thank our lucky stars that we found this office. Andrea is AMAZING! Never feel rushed when speaking with her, she is very thorough, listens, and is genuinely concerned about my health. The front office staff is very friendly and very helpful. They've gone above and beyond several times when our pharmacy buggered up refills and the like. They jumped on it immediately, contacted the pharmacy and got things squared away instead of the typical 'have your pharmacy contact us...'.
