This Shell right off Interstate 5 in Ashland qualifies for such a stop. They have a nice convenience store, drive through car wash and if the mood strikes there is a fancy cannabis shop across the street that usually has a food truck parked in front. This is our stop for gas and restroom break when we travel through the area. Clean restrooms and reasonably priced gas. Worth the stop!

Sucked for us because you need a code on the receipt to get into the bathroom but you don't know that until you get up to the bathrooms. Called the number posted to get the code but the lady refused to give the code over the phone despite us having actually gotten gas at the station. Had to ask two people until one actually got the receipt to get the code. Probably looked like a creep. P.S: The toilet flushes forever. Huge waste of water.

They have diesel with long pull ins for large vehicles, though the price of diesel is higher than premium gas! Gas prices are lowest in town though. The pumps took credit cards just fine. Next tim I'll make sure that the wash dial is turned to rinse rather than presoak to begin with, as the presoak setting didn't have much power. Just be sure to hit the green button (pix of this on earlier reviews) when you're done so it'll stop charging your card.

What keeps me from coming more often is the way they block the machine and insist on taking your card and doing the simple self administered machine and payment for you. Even if you already know what wash you want or have a monthly membership, they still walk up to your window and start talking so you have to roll it down. I once asked the owner why they do this and explained that I and many others don't like it, she became very defensive, saying people don't know how to use the machine and I find this reason ridiculous in this day and age. For me, the whole process feels unnecessary and frustrating. I prefer a quick, self‑serve experience, and it's especially inconvenient when I have dogs in the car who immediately start barking when someone approaches. I'd genuinely visit more often if they simply let customers use the machine on their own.

5 Stars I can't say…read moreenough good things about Brett and Simon at NAPA Auto Parts. My truck was barely running after limping off Highway 101, and I pulled into the store with only about 15 minutes before closing. Most places would have been watching the clock, but not these guys. They kept the doors open, came outside with a code reader, and helped diagnose the problem. They didn't stop there--they helped troubleshoot the issue, swapped relays with me, looked up the correct replacement parts, and even helped install them to get us back on the road. I had never met Brett or Simon before that day. They treated us like longtime customers and went far above and beyond what anyone would expect from an auto parts store. As a business owner with employees of my own, I know great customer service when I see it. These are exactly the kind of employees every company hopes to have representing their business. Their knowledge, professionalism, willingness to help, and genuine care were outstanding. A huge high five to Brett and Simon! They turned what could have been a miserable evening into an incredible customer service experience. NAPA is fortunate to have them on the team. Thank you both--you've earned customers for life!
