This is an old school gas station and market…read more I was running really low on gas in my rental vehicle - and according to Yelp, this was the closest gas station without driving back down to Trinidad, CA. There is one gas pump - and it is an old school, analog style pump. There is no way to "pay at the pump." After eye-balling the pump, I went inside and paid and they activated the pump. O then pumped my gas It's also a convenience store - I bought a couple of bottles of cold water to take on the road as I continued north up U.S. 101 into the Redwoods. I also used the Men's Restroom while here. It's located outside of the convenience store - and you need a key from the person running the register. The Men's Restroom needs to be gutted and rebuilt from scratch. I'm awarding 5 stars based on the fact that I've not seen a gas pump like that in a very long time, it saved me from potentially running out of gas, and I enjoy experiencing old school stuff. #ShorelineDeliandMarket

Gentleman showed up within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening from the local Chevron. His name was Akash and found out he was the owner. He was extremely friendly and courteous. I asked if there was a tire place in town that could fix our tire. He said bring it by his station the next day Sunday and he would have his crew fix. We showed up the next day, he was there and had his team fix within 30 minutes. Such great service and extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for taking care of us.

Growing up in California you have to pump your own gas so it was just really weird. When i pulled up to the gas station i was just chilling in my car and rolled down my window. I wasn't sure what to say so i just told him i wanted regular and i gave him my credit card. That worked out perfectly and then he asked me if i wanted him to wash my windshield. I know it is part of his job, but i felt bad so i told him that i could do it myself and i did. haha. The guy topped it off for me and we were back on our way. Having people pump your gas is good, it creates more jobs.
