I'm writing this review to commend the Oregon Caves Chevron employees Cort and Tevin. I was driving from Seattle to Humboldt with my two young children and experienced car problems just north of Cave Junction. My car's engine was cutting out, but I was able to get it into Oregon Caves Chevron. The service station mechanics had gone home, but two of the service attendants, Cort and Tevin, helped troubleshoot some potential issues and helped provide enough information for me to make an informed decision as to my options. Both Cort and Tevin were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After letting the car cool for a couple hours, my kids and I attempted the drive from Cave Junction to Arcata CA and made it to our destination safe. I broke down at the right time and place, if there's ever such a thing! TG for this station and Jeff! My wheel bearing broke and every check engine light went off, that you could imagine. I was driving from Gold Beach, back to Lake Tahoe, CA. Jeff was insistent upon getting me the help I needed. He was able to order a part from the next town over and get me back on the road and safely. He was very professional and friendly. He really went the extra mile to fix my Jeep. At first I refused to go to this gas station. I get gas twice per week and the fact that the Chevron is ten cents more per gallon prevented me from visiting. However, when I determined that the knocking in my truck might be caused by bad gas, I began trying out the Chevron. Sure, I spend a couple extra bucks per week but the gas is much better, the service is phenomenal, they have free air and water, and you can get CJ's best pizza and coffee in their parking lot. read more

I brought the tire in, they took it right away, found the hole, patched it, and put it back on...and all for $15 and under 20 minutes. So reasonable, so efficient, and so fair. This is the Chevron station that is next to Coffee Heaven. The bathrooms are always kept impeccably clean, even though they know non-customers will use them. The young men who work there are always friendly and professional. They sell muffins and scones from Coffee Heaven ... so if they are out at Coffee Heaven, this friendly little service station might have a small stash in their office. This is the place to get gas and friendly small-town service from what it is ... a SERVICE station. read more

Chevron - Signage. - Auto Repair Near Me - Cave Junction, Oregon

Noticed that our motorhome was leaking oil while a long way from home. Called Jeff at the Cave Junction Chevron (was recommended by the folks at Oregon Caves National Monument). Jeff said they were really busy but to bring it in and they will have someone take a quick look to see if it is a big problem or an easy fix. In 5 minutes Jeff had someone under our rig who said the oil was dripping from the oil filter and that it was totally dry above. He tightened the filter and we had no more leaks for the rest of our trip. Out in 5 minutes with no charge. Wow. The service station looked well-equipped and staffed to do most any type of repair. Jeff and his well-trained and friendly team were great and I can highly recommend them. read more

The gas is alittle higher in price here but you don't have to wait all day to get your gas. Also when I had a flat tire it took the guy like 10 minutes with 0 notice to fix it. This place has service in mind when they work with you and hire employees. read more
