Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets. We get in for the night, next morning we walk back to Bill's and the car is ready to go and it's 10am! All I can say is if I wanted my car to break down, this was the most ideal and smoothest situation ever and that is a huge thanks to Bill and his staff and also the people of canyonville. This past August I took my 2015 Ford Mustang in to have the air conditioning repaired. This has…read morebeen a long standing problem with this car, but that is another issue. The big issue with this is that I told KC Kitts the service manager that I had an extended warranty thru Ford Protect. He told me he had checked and that it was not covered . I contacted Ford Protect and was told it was covered and that KC Kitts had to call a certain phone number to verify and get the extended warranty to cover the cost. I told KC this and he kept telling me that my car was not covered. I did end up getting some money from Ford Protect, but not a full amount because Mock had overcharged for the repair. I don't want to go back to deal with them again. Now I have a recall notice for the backup camera, which they supposedly fixed 2 1/2 years ago.
