AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PANDEMIC…read more If I could give -5 stars I would. I was sent by my primary care physician after hours and the doc on call did not want to do the procedure she called ahead for me on. He gave every excuse as to why I shouldn't- seems like if someone is sent by their doctor- you do the procedure. They went for a dang reason. It's been a week and I am still sick. Covid seems to have brought the worst out of people and this guy is definitely 1. New management doesn't seem to have made a difference. He was smiling when I left. He was either lazy or evil. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Worst doc I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure to experience. And that is saying A LOT.

We found Ally through a Google search and decided to give them a try today. The waiting room was…read moreclean, quiet and empty. We were warmly welcomed by Meghan. After completing the initial paperwork, Bill took us back to an exam room. We discussed my issue and the proceeded to have my blood pressure and temperature taken. Bill walked me through the process with expertise and kindness. It was determined I needed a cat scan so Cathy took over and walked me through the process with ease and whimsy. We were there for awhile because I needed several tests to try to figure out what was causing my pain but that's to be expected and was not an issue. Meghan checked me out without pressure or a judging look like I have previously experienced at other places. I actually felt good about paying! This was probably the most enjoyable ER visit, despite my pain issue, I have ever had. Thank you Cathy, Bill and Meghan! Y'all are awesome!

I suffered because they wouldn't try antibiotics…read more The physicians weren't sure if I had a viral or bacterial infection, so instead of trying antibiotics to see if that helped they refused, saying first that my symptoms weren't present long enough to justify antibiotics, and the second time because they weren't sure it was bacterial. I suffered for ten days with debilitating muscle aches and sky high fever because I was told after four days that "it's probably viral" so it wouldn't do any good. I was left with no course of action or way to get help. I got worse and I couldn't sit up, lift a bottle of water, move sheets off me without help. Agonizing is an understatement. I saw another doctor after ten days and they immediately agreed to try antibiotics, less than six hours later I can move again. So perhaps next time, when you're presented with a patient who you're unsure has a viral or bacterial infection and they ask to try antibiotics on their second visit after no improvement you should try it. I'm writing this so that this can be a learning experience. The staff and physicians were very nice, and the customer service was fine. I really hope they learn from hearing my experience so that this doesn't happen to future patients.

I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!

To make a long story short, Dr Hashmi's incompetence caused a month long delay to receive treatment. We never received the pathology results from the biopsy that was supposed to take about 10 days. The office wouldn't send the initial results to MD Anderson. The CT scan was so poorly done it has to be repeated. The "oncologist" he sent us to was equally incompetent. I'd never suggest him to perform any procedure on my worst enemy. No one deserves to be delayed cancer treatment and I honestly think they did it on purpose when they learned he was seeking treatment at MD Anderson instead of his friend oncologist.
