Booking their services was as easy as a phone call. The only thing I'd recommend is to get a private website or app for a secure way of making payments. I had a family emergency that required me to find a taxi and get it to a family member ASAP. I called at least 10 taxi companies who variously didn't answer or had numbers no longer in service. I called 1st Class Taxi, he answered and listened, and then told me he was walking out the door with his keys to solve my problem. He was pleasant and confident and communicative, and before I knew it, he had my family member safely deposited and followed up to let me know. He went above and beyond for me and my family today.
