This transportation company is unprofessional and should be put out of business. We are forced to…read moreuse them because humana insurance contracts them for their prime coverage and IF they send drivers they are usually late. But the main issue is, they won't send drivers and cancel rides regularly. I literally can't fit all the negative experiences into one review. It would be a novel. And nobody would read it. It's not the diversión or the companies that hire them by the way. It's saferide themselves. The disparch service and contract company. They don't know or care anything about their customers/members. I am counting the days until the end of our insurance coverage so we can get a new company with a new service. Until then, just pay for metro. Literally, any amount of money is worth paying for over this, even if this is free. It's like paying for outside air when someone is offering you air conditioning for free. But saferide a/c is toxic. It isn't worth it. This company is terrible

Also, the discussion with office to learn about service and arrange booking were excellent.
