Dr Hashmi recently performed an upper GI on my husband. He found a large malignant gastric tumor…read more He took biopsies and immediately sent him for a CT scan. To make a long story short, Dr Hashmi's incompetence caused a month long delay to receive treatment. We never received the pathology results from the biopsy that was supposed to take about 10 days. The office wouldn't send the initial results to MD Anderson. The CT scan was so poorly done it has to be repeated. The "oncologist" he sent us to was equally incompetent. I'd never suggest him to perform any procedure on my worst enemy. No one deserves to be delayed cancer treatment and I honestly think they did it on purpose when they learned he was seeking treatment at MD Anderson instead of his friend oncologist.

Very sweet and professional. I wasn't feeling well at all and needed to go somewhere ASAP to see…read morewhat was going on. I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!

The initial encounter was via phone, and she found the staff to be welcoming and accommodating, This is a solo practice and you can tell that Dr Archer has great pride in his office, staff, and he is very assured of his skills as were we. She underwent a procedure after the staff quickly and efficiently verified authorization. The procedure center is at a nice part of town, we felt safe, and the staff in the waiting room, pre op and post op room were very friendly and seemed very careful following through with their protocols. Overall this was an experience much like one would expect at a concierge practice and we are pleased with our care and encounter.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PANDEMIC…read more If I could give -5 stars I would. I was sent by my primary care physician after hours and the doc on call did not want to do the procedure she called ahead for me on. He gave every excuse as to why I shouldn't- seems like if someone is sent by their doctor- you do the procedure. They went for a dang reason. It's been a week and I am still sick. Covid seems to have brought the worst out of people and this guy is definitely 1. New management doesn't seem to have made a difference. He was smiling when I left. He was either lazy or evil. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Worst doc I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure to experience. And that is saying A LOT.

After completing the initial paperwork, Bill took us back to an exam room. We discussed my issue and the proceeded to have my blood pressure and temperature taken. Bill walked me through the process with expertise and kindness. It was determined I needed a cat scan so Cathy took over and walked me through the process with ease and whimsy. We were there for awhile because I needed several tests to try to figure out what was causing my pain but that's to be expected and was not an issue. Meghan checked me out without pressure or a judging look like I have previously experienced at other places. I actually felt good about paying! This was probably the most enjoyable ER visit, despite my pain issue, I have ever had. Thank you Cathy, Bill and Meghan! Y'all are awesome!

We have heard horror stories after we stopped using him from other people who seen him and I'm so thankful we found a great caring doctor that is not rushing you in and out to just make money. If you don't mind waiting cause he's not rushing his patients out the door you will have a great doctor that has great values and his Oath to take care of his patients. To work on my hearing aid as an established customer, they required I pay $54 up front. The work they performed was to clean and replace the wire from the body of the hearing aid to the end that goes into the ear. They charged me $185 for that work. So it cost me $239. They don't apply the upfront fee to the total bill. I could have had this done at AudioNova for under $100. I would not recommend North Houston Hearing Solutions to anyone. You would be better off at AudioNova or Costco.
