They call back and tell him the sample he had given was lost. How do they lose the sample that we have been waiting for results. If we never called they would have never followed up with us. There was no apology given they just told him to come back in and give another sample. It has been two weeks and no results yet and every time we call the clinic no one answers and they did not update any results on his my chart. Overall I've had great visits here but I think the phone call made could've been handled more professionally.
