When we arrived, no one was there. they informed me that they are not allowed to touch anything postop and they would not pull up any of my insurance information. That was the whole point of going to a memorial Hermann urgent care. We left and are now heading to the ER, urgent keep ER not this time! I would not find another urgent care. These people did not want to work.

But if you have a question after the quick visit or test results, dont call back. They dont appreciate that behavior. Which is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am actually going to reach out to the clinic director about this issue because it has happened more than twice now. The NP ha a duty to explain the meds and the time of recovery and at home treatment. I should not have to call back and hear annoyance in the tone of voice. They dont hear annoyance when they request payment...

They wouldn't even look up the fax number or email to send a referral and we had to gather all of the information our self's or the alternative was drive almost an hour to just give the cardiologist a physical copy of the referral. Remind you my grandmother is 88 years of age. It is very sad that we are so limited to clinic options being in such a rural area. I think the customer service is very pathetic and lazy. I would not recommend visiting this clinic and we will not be returning.

If more doctors practiced using Dr. Wells methodology, we would all be better off. He actually listens to the patient and has not fallen victim to prescribing medications only from the latest and greatest TV commercials. If you are on a budget, talk to him and he can usually find a medication within your price range. He does not accept medical insurance or Medicaid but his price for a basic office visit is the same as my copay for a specialist, $40 cash. It can go up with injections or more complicated visits but you won't get a surprise bill at the end. He discusses fees up front. The day Dr. Wells retires and stops practicing medicine will be a very sad day for the citizens of Huntsville and Walker County. He is the best.

I have a prescription for a controlled substance, and his staff are apparently too incompetent to figure out the DEA-approved system of remotely sending it to pharmacies. I have to drive fifty plus miles every month to get it. I'm writing this review because I've been in their empty waiting room for over five and a half hours and they have not yet been able to provide me with that single piece of paper, saying they are "too busy". This happens with almost every receptionist they hire, almost every time. The gentleman before me reported he has been waiting for 45 minutes past his appointment, and the sign says to inform the receptionist if you wait past 20 minutes. He was told to sit back down and they'll deal with it when they deal with it. The woman after me was sent an incorrect prescription and the receptionist refused to relay a message to the doctor. This kind of thing happens all the time here, and I'll keep filling the internet with these until they get my prescription or my phone dies. The latter is far more likely.

I've been seeing Dr Custard since he came to town and opened up his business several years ago! My first physical therapy appointment with him was when I had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery, and he did physical therapy on my wrist. I have scoliosis and he has done adjustments on me to the point that I very seldom have discomfort. I have agonizing headaches and when they come on during the day, Dr Custard is the first person that I call. Typically they can get me in right away. He can do an adjustment then they do massage therapy and lay me on this amazing rolling bed and I leave their feeling so much better and the headache is gone. My only complaint if there is one is that he's not open in the middle of the night; when I get off from the hospital, my headache may come on and the office is closed. But they did show me how to use a tens unit and where to place the pads typically, I'll use the tens unit and wake up the next morning headache free.
