I called Horizon a while back looking for someone to provide me an estimate for work needed. Despite their professionalism and friendliness over the phone, I was informed this company will not serve potential customers within the City of Philadelphia. I believe this should be clear in their very visible ad presence on television, etc. I posted this previously and it was removed by Yelp despite Horizon having given a very polite response to my message explaining that they currently lack proper permits, etc. to work in Philadelphia city and that they would look into it. I hope this updated post provides enough context and helpful tips to remain posted. I believe informing potential customers in a massive city that they will not for the time being be served by this company whose ads they see all the time, is a useful tip. read more

My AC fails right when the temperature reaches double digits. I call horizon to schedule an appt. They say they can come out in about a day and a half...fine, i can live with that. When they get to my house, the technician says they don't service rooftop AC units. Nothing like sitting around for a company that has limitations in what kind of jobs it will take. Would it have been so hard to ask, "Mr. Martin, can you tell me where in your house your AC unit is located?"..? I'll take my business to a company that uses common sense, and isn't afraid of a ladder. read more

Bad experience all around. 50 gal. water heater went Saturday of July 4th weekend, so i get my options were limited. Called Horizon and answering service said they don't carry 40 gal. on the truck but I could work with Technical scheduler, who got on next. He told me they do carry 50 gal on the truck and technician would call before arriving. When I asked about prices I was told technician would provide that info. Sunday the technican arrived in given time window (2pm-6pm) but did NOT call, and did NOT have a 50 gal on the truck and seemed surprised at my request. Took him about 1/2 hour to inform me he had to make a 45 minute trip to get a 50 gal, putting me 2 more hours in the hole. I asked about prices and he opened a printed book and showed me a price of around $2,150 (not sure that covered installation). That was more than 2x any quote I later checked. I was stunned, even if Horizon was providing a Bradford model and other quote wasn't. I believe the misinformation on having the 50 gal. on the truck, no advance call, and no up-front price quote was all to put pressure on me to accept the high rate as the clock was ticking to get the heater replaced. My request from my original call was to replace a Bradford 50 gal with same. I understand a phone quote would be an estimate as other issues could be uncovered doing the job but that is the normal business with quotes. read more

Had coupon for a $39 A/C tune up so scheduled an appointment. Tech arrived showed him the 2 units outside. He then told me it would be $39 for each and that I was only schedules for 1 A/C tune up so he could only do 1. Confused, I disagreed saying it was $39 for both as no where on the coupon or in their add did it say the price was per unit. When I scheduled appt I was not asked how many units I had. I called the office, talked to manager and got same story. Deceptive advertising, will not use them ever, not trustworthy. read more

My only reason for giving another star is that the particular technician they sent did one thing that NO ONE had done and that was take me through each function of the thermostat. No one ever told me it was the dealer code on the one menu that was the passcode. Because I knew that the last technician set the propane back up lock out temperature incorrectly. they had done this twice before - I had propane being wasted, because they had propane set to run when temps were 40 to 50 degrees!!! Not impressed: the owner or someone of management spoke to my husband and stated that out of ALL the service records; all but two service calls were related to us having no propane? Really? Okay so the multiple service calls in the summer for the A/C were related to that? What about when the compressor went? Was that related? Or I know, was the first part of March when we had 20% propane left per the Horizon tech when he was here to replace said compressor? Oh maybe your confusing a propane issue that was actually caused by a tech at installation - where gas was LEAKING? I'll be pulling the service logs as well to address directly with them - trying to pass the buck on our propane! read more

I had horizon come clean our air conditioning because they had a good special. I was really impressed with their expertise! They were the first ones in 8 years of owning the home to discover the old owners had shoved multiple filters into the return. I'll definitely use them again! read more

Be very wary of these guys. They had me convinced I had a broken pipe and needed to dig up my foundation. They brought in a slick salesmen and showed me a blurry video to try and convince me. When I wanted to call my always reliable insurance agency, USAA, they recommended against it and suggested I use a recommended adjuster to handle the claim. I decided to get a second opinion and got a reliable expert that told me I didn't have a broken pipe and that he could fix the problem with a pipe cleaner for $150. Haven't had a problem since - well over a year. If I had trusted these guys my whole foundation would have been jack hammered and the cost would have exceeded $10k. read more

If you believe the commercial, get your head examined. They come out find the first time, and we signed up for a service contract. Then when we called from maintenance on our heater that we had under contract in mid October they told I was the soonest they could come was mid February. Obviously this was quite ridiculous, but they would not approve that were even called us back. I canceled my contract and will never do business with them again. read more

Unbelievably over priced! Recently needed a hot water heater replaced and I won't be calling horizon again. I received and estimate of 3 options for a hot water heater all of which were ridiculous. The tech tried to push what he said was "the best option and the one that most customers go with," which was over $4000! For a hot water heater! Of course that price also included guarantees and future services if needed but I would never pay that much for a water heater. After I told the tech the price was insane they immediately dropped a grand, I don't remember how he was able to drop the price so quickly but it felt like I was talking to a used car dealer. He kept having to call his boss to see if I could get a better price. Right then I decided I'd be calling someone else no matter how low the price ended up being. The tech got more pushy as I kept trying to say I was going to get another estimate and eventually he said the final price was a one time deal. He said if they left the house and I called them back the price would have to be renegotiated since they would have to come back. Final price after 15mins of phone calls was $1250. The horizon I called was in Mt Laurel and of course I ended up going with another company. read more

Horizon had been repeatedly calling my home offering free follow-up maintenance and filter replacement for our furnaces. We fell for the free thing(ps...in case I forget...they never changed the filter). The furnaces(& water heater) were working fine but after a 2 minute inspection they literally "condemned" them. They shut them down and put big stickers across the front panel of the furnaces(covering the operating instructions) saying they were dangerous. They then told my wife we are in significant danger of carbon monoxide poisoning if we don't get them replaced asap. They also did us a "courtesy" inspection of our water heater(working fine...not leaking) and said that it was imminently going to break down and flood our basement. This was all told to my wife after 10 minutes of being there. They then had the audacity to have my wife sign a document saying "I acknowledge this unsafe condition and will take action to fix as soon as possible" . Basically, we re under some obligation to tell Horizon we're going to fix something in our own home? To cap it off...everything was working fine before they got there...after they left we haven't been able to get one of our furnaces started after they shut it down. We have a friend of the family HVAC guy coming today...it will be interesting to hear what he finds. I will certainly add to the post shortly. I question whether the guy who came was even a technician...my guess is he was a salesman for Horizon. Ridiculously unethical and devious behavior on the part of this company. Follow up: 2nd opinion showed no mechanical concerns and a $1.50 shorted out fuse that blew while Horizon was there. We replaced the fuse and air filters and running like new. Total scare tactic and manipulation to get us to purchase a new system on the part of Horizon. read more

My gas boiler wasn't working so I gave these guys a call. The first time, the guy charged $90 for the service call (not unreasonable) and reset the switch that triggered. 1 week later it stopped working again. I called them on a Sunday morning and they were out later in the afternoon, which I was pretty happy about. The technician looked at a few things and then the sell was on. He told me I needed a new chimney liner because the switch triggered. He also went over a few other things wrong with the setup of the boiler as well. He was very knowledgeable about the system and answered all of my questions. However, he turned off my system and didn't fix it at all because he said it wasn't safe to run because of carbon monoxide (I have 2 new detectors a few feet from the boiler and they never went off). He quoted me prices for a few options to get it up and running. First option: Get a new chimney liner and don't do anything else. For this I needed to call a chimney company to get a quote but he said it may cost around $1,500. But my thing is: how do you know I need a new chimney liner if you HAVEN'T EVEN LOOKED AT THE CHIMNEY??? I would have thought he would have looked in the pipes that connect from the chimney to the boiler at the very least, in order to see if there was any type of blockage first. Second option: New chimney liner. Replace a few parts on the boiler. $4,500. The itemized breakdown had a price of over $1,000 for an autofill valve. That immediately raised a red flag for me. Why is this part so much money? Is it made of solid gold? I asked him and he said it is a very expensive part. I looked it up after he left and the part is roughly $50. Don't give me the crap about the warranty either because you don't pay 20x the price of a part to have a warranty. Third option: New boiler system and chimney liner. Although a salesman would have to come out to give an exact quote, the ballpark number for the new boiler installed was between $10,000 and $12,000. If you literally search "how much should a new boiler cost installed", the average price is between $3,000 and $7,000. What I actually did: I found another heating service company who came out and fixed it the next day. The chimney issues? There were 2 dead birds in the pipes that connected the chimney and boiler. The Horizon guy didn't even bother to take a look. The other heating company said that may have been why the switch triggered, although it was probably because there was a ton of air in my baseboard system. The new company replaced a few other things and flushed the air out of the system. The total was $600. The boiler runs better than ever now. Bottom line: It's probably not worth bringing these guys in for anything, unless you are in a real tough spot and are willing to pay a large premium for any type of work. I wouldn't even recommend this company for a quick service check on your equipment. While the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they will try to overcharge you significantly for any type of job. One of the other reviews mentions that they receive a kickback on how much they are able to sell a part to you which makes sense why I was quoted $1,000 for a $50 part. Maybe the guy was trying to get all of his Christmas spending money from an unsuspecting customer in one shot. If you get an itemized quote for something, go online and look up how much the part should cost you in order to see if they are giving you a fair price because they probably aren't. I would definitely not recommend this company for anything at all. They also charged my grandmother over $750 for a new trap under her bathroom sink. The parts for that job cost maybe $40 tops. read more

Unfortunately I have to give a star to Horizon to move to the next screen. This company advertises heavily that they are one stop shopping for plumbing, hvac and drain clearing. I will NEVER use them again! Here's why: I called them on a Friday clearly stating that my tenant had a slowly draining sewer line. Provided my tenant's contact info and my info for payment and billing. A day later, not 2 hours as advertised, a tech comes and my tenant calls me saying they will not clear the drain. It is Saturday afternoon now. I won't get anyone now until Monday because of Horizon. Don't believe the squeaky clean perfect image they advertise on tv and radio. These guys suck! They make no exceptions to the rules that they don't tell you about! Never again. Used the company at least a dozen times before but will use Arrow or any other roto rooter company. Horrible customer service. They don't care if they leave you high and dry--or the opposite in this case low and wet -- on a weekend! Do not use them. read more

HVAC tech was pretty professional but said a part needs replacement and suggested that would cost close to having a new unit replaced which clearly was not the case.... These are predatory practices that employees dont start themselves unless higher ups are encouraging it , weather directly or indirectly. Ill start off with the good - the guy who came out was at least friendly, though not so knowledgeable on full services. He was the boiler/heater tech which is what I mainly called for anyway. So he arrives within a reasonable time of my appointment, first let me say they wouldnt take the coupon off from THEIR OWN WEBSITE for a 40$ visit to get an inspection / quote. It cost 80$ just to come out and he said the coupon would only be accepted if I accepted the other services. Pretty dishonest to start. Anyway I dont know the cost of these things, but after I got all the quotes etc, it seemed each of the parts were being charged at four times the actual cost. To get the boiler running a friend told me that all I needed was one part replaced which regulates the water coming in and out. He was able to find it for about 250$ (it was quoted at 850$ for that part alone), and installed it for me and my heat was working. Over all the whole quote was around 8000$ for a repair vs 12k for buying a whole new system. I'm glad I didnt go through with it. They stated I needed all these additional parts to get the unit running again which ended up not being true. Anyway my heat works now and I saved myself the money. I try not to be a completely negative person so I wont give 1 star at least the staff was professional and friendly. They showed up on time as well. However I wouldnt recommend their services to anyone at all as they are taking advantage of people who do not know the costs of things. read more

I would not recommend Horizon. My A/C WAS NOT functioning during the past heat wave during Labor day weekend. They were an hour and a half late for the 4 hour service window. They did honor their policy that I would not be changed for the service call. The repairman said he could not repair it until he got the part on Tuesday. He then gave me an estimate of $1,854 to replace a $30 part ( the part was covered under warranty and was free) and 3 hours of work. So for 3 days we went without air. I had another A/C repair company (C&C Heating and A/C) come on Tuesday had he got my system up and running in 30 minutes so we did not have to go without A/C. He then gave me options to fix the repair permanently. One option was $250 and the other that was the exact same option as Horizon was recommending and it was $500. Horizon was charging me more the 3X's. How can they justify overcharging people. read more

This is a true story., I work for a major University in the Phila area and we own many homes on and off campus. I called up Horizon to get a quote on a small (33k btu) steam boiler for one of our homes. They said hold on and let me ask if we do that. .. They get back on and say no they they only do residential properties. I explained it is indeed a single family home even though its on University property. Hold on again.. She came back and said that they do not do third party properties by universities.... huh!!??... I said WE own this home, its not third party. I have nothing bad to say about the service tech or the sales rep we dealt with. Everyone was open and honest, and responses in a timely fashion. However, the pricing is ludicrous. I understand having a large organization, their overhead is much higher, but to me that still doesn't justify their costs being as much as 250-300% higher than small businesses. Our AC stopped working, and it turned out we had a failed capacitor and contactor, as well as a leaking evaporator coil. We paid $1400 for the initial work, then were quoted $4000 for the coil. In addition, they recommended a full system replacement for $9000. I then got a second opinion, and found out the initial work should have only cost $400, and the coil replacement $1500. Lastly, a full system replacement would be $4000. Again, the people were beyond friendly, helpful and honest...the service just unfortunately can not justify the excessive price tag. read more

Called this company for various jobs over the years and always had a bad experience. First time I needed a stuck drain cleaned out. The guy came and told me he couldn't help because the pipe is full of water. LOL. Of course it is, it's blocked! More recently I had a huge leak from my in progress, water was gushing out at the rate of dozens of gallons per minute into my basement. Called them on an emergency basis, the lady on the phone has no clue and starts going through her computer, casually asking me if I have a file with them and do I want to create one, etc. Huh? I have a major leak and no interest in establishing a customer record at the moment, just get a damn plumber over and stop it!!! She doesn't get it and says she'll call back! What the... Then my brain unfroze and I called a real plumber. read more

You know what they say....you only get one chance at a first impression. Needless to say, I was anything but impressed. I called to inquire about an A/C repair. Now let me add, I COMPLETELY understand it's impossible to diagnose and quote a service price over the phone, and I told this to the phone rep. So instead, I asked for the price of a hypothetical repair (you know, so I could do a little comparison shopping?) "How much would it cost for a technician to come out and add 2 lbs of R22 Freon to my system?" Well, I got the runaround. "We used to quote prices but no longer do so, since we'd find additional things that are needed, and the customer wouldn't understand why the price went up, blah blah blah blah." So I asked again, "Ok, but how much would it cost for a technician to come out and add 2 lbs of R22 Freon to my system?" "Well it's $79.50 for a dispatch, then our technician will come up with a cost after he makes a thorough assessment of the problem, blah blah blah blah." Figuring three's a charm, "You mean you can't tell me how much would it cost for a technician to come out and add 2 lbs of R22 Freon to my system?" The response was "blah blah blah blah," as far as I'm concerned. Instead, I called my local furnace oil dealer, and after being passed on to a more knowledgeable person than the receptionist, he explained, "It's $99 for the tech to come out, then $100 for the first pound, and $72 for each additional pound." Then we discussed the pros and cons of just adding Freon and/or other repairs, vice purchasing a new system based upon the age of my old system. It was a late Saturday night when we discovered our hot water ran out, we noticed our water tank had a leak. We called Horizon 9:00am Sunday morning. We were told a service man would be out between 1:00-5:00. The guy came out and quoted us around $2,500 to replace a new hot water tank and hook up 1 electrial line. We were shocked over the cost. The service man went on to say its reasonable, they remove the old tank, hook up new tank, they had 1 tank in the service van he drove. The new tank was only under warranty for 5 years. Its now 30 minutes later and we told him again it was higher than we expected, that we are going to shop around. He then dropped the price $1,500 less. My husband and I were in disbelief what we were hearing. He then went on to say "well if this is your 1st time you ever had Horizon out before I can give you a good deal". This is a franchise rip off business. We sent him on his way. He SHOULD have asked us as soon as he came in our home, if we ever had Horizon out, not after dropping his price after 30 minutes of him bickering over the costs and saying all the other plumbing companies charge the same price.....really and do they also give 2 prices for the same job while in your home. We have a friend we got in touch with, we went through him and saved a bundle plus got a 10 year warranty for a total cost of $660. read more

What a bait and switch. We were lured by a $89 checkup of our furnace. We had to pay twice that because of two furnaces. The technician found so many ridiculous things wrong with them. He came back a month later to check out our A/C and 'service' it. He couldn't check the blowers because it was too much work to get to it and would cost us an additional $300/system. Not sure what he serviced. He changed the filters with ones we had on hand! It wasn't necessary since we change them monthly. Once again, made the same recommendations from before and this time the prices were a bit higher. Stay away from these people. read more

I found the salesman, Joe, rather nauseating. He was at my house three hours and 12 minutes, which is at least an hour 43 minutes too long. He kept talking about himself, mentioned how he eats his own salads, how he left a $4000 sectional at his last house and needs to buy furniture, the list goes on. Annoying. He should have been in and out. When the thermostat was installed, there were several black fingerprints I had to clean off my wall. Then, there was a sign implanted in my front lawn; nobody asked if they could put their advertising on our grass. We live in an area where this is not allowed, and the consequence is a fine, which, if received, will be paid by Horizon. read more

This is the worst plumber I have ever hired. First of all let's discuss their on time guarantee, they guarantee they'll show up within a four hour window, yes on time means within 4 hours, what a joke. Secondly, they do not give you any type of estimate over the phone even for a routine installation and you must pay a service charge to schedule the appointment and have them show up at your house. When they show up their estimate is 3 times what you would normally pay a plumber and they try to sell you some worthless maintenance plan. They use hard sell techniques and call the boss to try to get the price down, it's worse than buying a used car. Avoid this business at all costs, they spend a ton on marketing and rip you off in the end. read more

So heres an update to the the post A YEAR AGO. Funny thing is I'm hardly on yelp..just had to sign in again. I was looking at my old reviews and laughed at this one about horizon. Why? BECAUSE THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING!! Dispatcher called me at 6:20..said the guy was leaving center valley, which is about a half hour away. Guy showed up at 7:40...plus, I was signed up to get my heat and AC serviced, they told him just my heat. They had to send someone else the next day. In Horizons defense, they did give me a 50 dollar gift card for my troubles and the next guy was great! His name was Oscar. He said I can request him next year..I definitely will. read more

My house is pretty old and our sewer pipe backs up Every 6 months or so. Normally we have someone come out and snake the pipe and everything is back to normal. This time horizon came to snake it and got stuck on a root so they brought in a camera to check it out. They said that it was going to be "nightmare job" and that we would have to dig up our steps and our neighbors yard. Horizon told us our Sewer pipe was collapsed and it would all have to be replaced they quoted us a cool 19 grand to replace it. The guy that came out was very charming and helpful or so it seemed. He said that it would cost 5 grand to have a backhoe come out to Our house that is ridiculous. Of course we had other people come out for other opinions when they came buy the horizon rep was still there when they came into our house the rep got mad and upset that there were other people coming to give us quotes. As it turns out our sewer pipe is not collapsed and even if it was we would not have to dig up our stairs and neighbors yard not only did they lie to us about this but they also said that the township would cover the line out to the street, that is false. Finally we had a leaky basement sink and a toilet water valve that needed to be replaced they quoted us somewhere around 600 bucks for both of them which is crazy. These people are wolves in sheep's clothing. They will take advantage of you. Don't let their charming helpfulness fool you all they want is money. read more

I called Horizon because I saw their advertisements. We needed to get our propane furnace running. They were on time and put their little booties on... great. He opened the furnace and looked at it like he was lost. He then tinkered around for a while and said you need a new inducer. Our "Flat" rate for that repair in my little book is $950. I said that is insane. Can you tell me how much the actual part cost (the way a mechanic does with your car). He could not. Can you tell me how long it will take to install, "About 30 minutes". So I am thinking this is a very expensive part. The part shows up 1 hour later (he didn't have it on his truck like they say they do) and I do a search online. The part is only $235. So why in heaven's name are they charging me $950. I call the company right away. The guy installs the part, but the furnace still won't work. He leave and says someone will call me to fix the problem with another tech. He left the $235 part in my furnace and drove away. I called a local guy who is highly recommend and he actually spit out his drink when I told him how much they were charging me. Turns out it wasn't even the inducer that was bad. I will NEVER EVER, EVER use Horizon again, and they are such scam artists I will spread the word to everyone I know. Update: I just had a local guy come out at look at the furnace. Turns out it wasn't even the part Horizon wanted to charge me $950 to put in. It is something completely different that is only a $50 part. Maybe if Horizon spent as much time and money on hiring good people as they do on their advertising, we would not be in this situation. read more

Had a great experience - late night visit to the house to repair a time sensitive problem. Problem was diagnosed and repaired in short order- issue was explained and the tech was excellent. I had Horizon's come out and do a service on my HVAC unit. They found some issues and wanted to offer me a quote on a new product. I figured since my unit is 10 years old it may make sense to get a replacement. This is where my issues began, the quote from Horizon was over $6000 higher than all the quotes I had. When I mentioned it to them the dropped the price $5000 dollars almost instantly. This huge drop tells me something is wrong with how they do business. Horizon was $15k, while three other competitor were right in the 7k-8k range. I would stay away and have others quote you . They seem to offer super cheap tune ups to get themselves in the door and then do their best to scare you into buying expensive products from them. I ended up needing to spend $150 to get my unit up and running great. read more

If I could give these guys -5 stars I would. Let me start by saying that the tech came into my house with no facial covering on whatsoever. I have been having a issue with water backing up in my downstairs sinks and washer drain. It was to the point I couldn't run the dishwasher or washer AT ALL and I could only run the sink for short periods of time. I also have a newborn at home so being able to wash things are pretty important. I was referred to horizon by a reputable plumber that I know solely because they are running a $99 drain cleaning special. So the technician got here. I told him what was happening and pointed him to a clean-out under my steps (in a crawl space). I offered to move the steps for him but he insisted it wasn't necessary. He then ran a snake down my kitchen sink (that didn't do anything) so he then went to my washer drain. Big surprise, that didn't fix anything. He refused to snake behind my bathroom sink because it was hard to get to. He then told me I needed to call a plumber and there is nothing he could do for me before charging me $59 for him coming out. So I called the next day to complain about the lack of service just to be told I would have to wait until the next day for them to get someone out to me "free of charge". So I waited, just to have to same tech call me towards the end of my appointment window to tell me that he was already here and that he wasn't coming back out but someone would call me to get me on the schedule (again!!!). Nobody called me to reschedule. I did get a phone call the following day to let me know the tech was 20 minutes from my house. I had already had somebody that wants to do their job out to take care of it at that point. I wouldn't recommend this "service" to my worst enemy. read more

On a Sunday, we noticed our toilet and bathtub backing up. After plunging for a couple hours, we realized that was not going to work. We figured there was a block in the main sewer line between the house and the street. I called Horizon services at 11 PM on Sunday night, and they said they could have somebody come out tomorrow. We scheduled a time, and the driver called us 30 minutes before he was going to arrive and he arrived on time. The technician, Phil, was polite, courteous, and did exactly what we were told he was going to do when he arrived. We were quoted a price of $249 and that was what he said the price was when he was done. We also had an online coupon for $37.50 which he gladly applied toward the bill. Very prompt and professional. The plumber arrived on schedule and he was very friendly; however, the pricing was just ridiculous. I suppose we all make mistakes in life and this was one of them for me. I had 3 issues one a sink in the kitchen and stopping the bathroom faucet from dripping which required replacing the shutoff valves. Total cost 800 dollars for one hour of work. Perhaps I'm naive, but I think this price was completely out of line. Yes, I knew the price, since he told me before he started. I would not call this company again. HOMEOWNER BEWARE! This company will rip you off, is predatory, and deceptive. Mid December, our boiler went out. Called Horizon to do a diagnostics/repair on it, long story short the tech wasn't very knowledgeable of the boiler (but kept remarking at how out-dated and poorly maintained it was), installed a new control (he claimed it cost $1500) and still couldn't get it working. Tech said they'd likely have to replace the transformer and another part which would total over $3k and "rather than throw all that money at it, might as well get a new boiler installed". Hearing him out, we agreed to have them come out to provide an estimate for a new boiler. Scare tactics, shady practices, etc... salesman gave us an estimate for a new boiler totalling over $17,000! They see a nice property and seemingly desperate homeowners and think "$$$$". We obviously balked at that price and they eventually went down to $13,000. Beware of any company that can cut $4k off the price just like that, they're taking advantage of you. Oh and don't forget their financing plans that include 9.9% interest! This company is predatory. We had another company come out the next day, were able to get the boiler up and running in a matter of 30 minutes! All it needs is an annual maintenance and it "will last for many more decades to come." Apparently Horizon installed an incompatible control on the boiler, which we then had to pay to be replaced - and it only cost $250 not $1500. All around we dodged a bullet by not going through with Horizon's recommendations. read more
