We called and texted MANY times with no response for weeks. They kept coming and mowing and leaving the clippings. After 3 weeks they finally cleaned it up. NOW they haven't shown up in 4 weeks! Not answering or returning calls or texts. This company is so bad at communicating and customer service that I would highly take caution when looking to use their services. They are not consistent at all. Super disappointed! Update to the owners response: no email was received and no phone calls or texts were answered over the last month checking in on why no one was showing up. He can respond quickly to a bad review but can't answer the many phone calls and texts. The worst service we have ever experienced, especially in a small town.
