Even being busy they came out in a fair amount of time and put it up. Many don't bother returning calls, the ones that do seem inconvenienced to even come out to get a quote, if they do come up they charge an arm and a leg. Well these guys were none of the above. He came out almost the same day I called to get a quote. He never made us feel we should be lucky he is even out to see us. He explained everything on the quote he gave us. The day they came out to install our wood stove, they we 10 minutes early and were ready to get stuff done. When AllAboutChimney left; I was left feeling that all the work that was put into making my particular stove work for my situation was not acceptable and told by AllAboutChimney was not recommended for use.
