We've now used 7B Handyman for several projects around our home, from fixing spigots and replacing…read morebroken gutters to replacing an entire deck, and we've had a great experience every time. Their pricing has been fair, they get the work done quickly, and communication throughout the process has always been excellent. Neither my husband nor I are particularly construction savvy, and we had gotten to a point where we were feeling overwhelmed and behind on some necessary home repairs. 7B Handyman has made tackling those projects feel so much more manageable. We genuinely feel like they've gone above and beyond for us, and it's been such a relief having someone we can trust to get things taken care of. We'll absolutely continue using them for future projects and would highly recommend them!

From first phone call to final inspection, Summit Exteriors was outstanding. Their initial…read morepresentation was by far the most thorough and clear. The roofing material was the best among the bids. They were a bit above the low bid, and half the price of the high bid. After reviewing all the bids, it was clear Summit was the team we wanted to work with. They were always on time and fully prepared. They kept me in the look at every step of the process. They have a system that texted me their arrival status so I knew when they would arrive. The install team was simply the best team I have ever worked with in my 67 years. They were efficient, fast, focused, skilled and very happy. They were singing while they worked and were nearly dancing on the rooftop. Just watching the teamwork was enjoyable, and even inspiring. The cleanup was also outstanding. They tarped the area to catch debris and ran magnets to pick up any stray screws. The job was literally perfect from start to finish. I would very highly recommend Summit Exteriors to anyone considering reroofing.

What they have going for them: - prompt - quality work - good attention to detail - they get the work done quick - final price came in under the quote they gave us What they have going against them: - they charge 4% to use a credit card - they want like 80% of the total price upfront So far our experience with contractors or subcontractors has been hit or miss ( mostly miss ). Since there are so many people moving to the area, most contractors are booked months out. Many don't bother returning calls, the ones that do seem inconvenienced to even come out to get a quote, if they do come up they charge an arm and a leg. Well these guys were none of the above. He came out almost the same day I called to get a quote. He never made us feel we should be lucky he is even out to see us. He explained everything on the quote he gave us. The day they came out to install our wood stove, they we 10 minutes early and were ready to get stuff done. They made sure we were 100% happy with the job before they left and explained how to use the stove. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for their type of services.
