My program was only 3 page of content and 4th page (back page) nothing Then I remembered Copy World. I figured they do a lot of printing especially for all the Cal students. I went it and the gentleman helped me. luckily I have saved the pages individually on a flash drive and brought with. He told me some of the formatting was off, but he kindly fixed it for me. I also wanted to get a poster for have at the front of the Church pews for people to look at and he said I could have that ready the same time. I went in on a Monday and he told me it would be ready the next day. I couldn't get there until Wednesday, but the programs came out beautiful. In a stress time, where funeral programs are generally a last minute item, make sure you stop here. He told me that they the programs are generally last minute but they always make it work.

I waited about 10 minutes, then asked, "Hi, are either of you free?" One ignored me completely, and the other just walked to the back without saying a word. A bit later I asked again and got a "hold on" while they kept texting. Meanwhile, there was only one other customer the entire time and three people up front for about 20 minutes. At one point, another customer came in, and they went ahead and helped the person behind me while still ignoring me. Nothing dramatic happened, it was just clear they weren't interested in helping. If you're okay with being an interruption to someone's phone time, this might be your spot. I'll go somewhere else next time.

We have no record of any estimates or jobs ordered by you," I believe you are tacitly defending a policy that bilks college students out of their money. CC "Regarding your quote, if all you were asking for was printing the files as-is, your cost would be less than $50." And yet, the estimate I got was 3 to 4 times that amount. Now that I've complained, I'm been offered a lower amount. Curious coincidence. "Our most recent estimate is accurate because you asked for formatting 73 individual images, which are all sized differently, and to be printed and trimmed to the same size." Funny thing happened when I attempted to use your self-printing option: you told me I had to use your staff and pay through the nose for the privilege. "It appears you have not taken into account the time it takes to format that many images, but if you believe it's an easy task, please resubmit your files as a print-ready multi-page PDF with bleeds and crop marks." In fact, I did take that into account as I was going to pay to use your Adobe Pro license on one of your computers and where I can do all that myself in less than a half hour. You told me I specifically could not do that in spite that your website specifically states I can. " I'd be happy to discuss with you outside of a public forum, but if this is how you'd like to correspond, I can reply accordingly." Well considering this was your response, yes, I am going to keep this in a public forum so everyone, including, other customers and your staff understand how you operate and how you've treated me. I got in before a short line of three waited behind me and was all done in short order. Passport docs ( a lot of them for Europe; mailing envelopes; etc. all taken care of expeditiously. Even my request for a large, stiff envelope was met with great patience and a smile. The man behind the counter remained pleasant, attentive and smiling throughout this ordeal of multiple docs to mail internationally. He advised me too on the least expensive method ( but a tracked mailing method) too. I'll def go here vs elsewhere next time.
