The owner also said they are working on a kitchen this July and will be changed hour as well as offering some delicious bar food. A great selection and variety of styles. Not just hazy IPAs, but a couple great WCIPAs and a wide range of other offerings. The bartender, Christian, was a pleasure and very friendly. Next, the food. A small food truck in back, but run by someone who obviously cares about his offerings. The Brussel sprouts were amazing, and he's taken the care to craft recipes that go beyond small brewery food options. I didn't catch his name, but my compliments to the chef. Finally, my pet peeve - family friendly amenities. There were a variety of games and food options for kids. And there was also a changing table in both restrooms! It should be standard to have changing tables available for dads, but in my experience that hasn't been the norm. Thank you to the owners for making families feel welcome at your brewery. All in all, this is one of the best breweries I've been to, and that is saying something. By far, the best brewery on the island. We had a great lunch, and the beer was so good that I brought home a 4 pack of the "Spun Out" WCIPA.

The beer we had here was one kind but on more than one occasion and to be honest I wasn't sure how much I was going to like it but ultimately I did. The beer we had was the Savannah Banana Beer. Now I was concerned with this beer that it might be too heavy handed in the flavor profile with banana or too sweet but it wasn't that at all. It was a very well balanced beer which Steve and I enjoyed on those several occasions. In the flavor profile you taste a well executed subtleness, a zippines and bubbliness to go along with the carbonation and of course banana. There is nothing "too much" with this beer and it is nice and light bodied which makes it an easier one to drink time and time again.

That said, the beer was excellent, and I'd absolutely wait in line again. The double IPA was worth the upcharge--smaller pour, higher ABV, and packed a punch. My West Coast IPA was spot on: crisp, bold, and perfectly dank.
