I never write reviews so this is a first, also not great with grammar so sorry in advance…read more The 2 women that were working this Sunday afternoon were super unfriendly, one didn't even speak to me during this odd interaction. The other was almost micromanaging where I was looking (not much space to walk anyways). They had clothes all over the walkway and just staring at me as I was trying to get thru to go look at the dish section. I wasn't sure if that was an area open to customers, I clearly looked confused. Neither were helping me, just looking at me like I'm in the wrong area haha. Anyways, I asked if they were open or if I was able to squeeze by. She says, "yes we are open, there was no one here so that's why we're doing this". No one is in any hurry to move anything out of the way so I can walk by... it was just a massive pile. She then just shoves it all to the side with her foot and the one lady just looks annoyed and points me to walk thru quickly.... I'm just confused with this whole situation. I've never been to a store where they acted this way. I won't be back because of this weird interaction, just made me feel unwelcome. Selection is small as well, no big deal though It was a cute little store it's unfortunate the people who run it. Thanks for reading!

Not to mention that the owner of the store when I had stated my complaints to him was acting insanely unprofessional and undoubtedly rude, wherein I was mocked and berated until I left the store. Thrifting is subjective. Everyone wants different things... some clothes, some electronics, some…read morebooks... Some don't mind digging. Others expect neatness. Price is also pretty subjective. That said, I thought the prices were a little bit high. I got a couple things, but if the prices were better, I would've gotten more. They had an antique wheelchair, for example, that was like $700. They also had vintage film projectors and other things like that that were priced fairly high. If they had clothes, I didn't notice. I think they did, just not a lot of them. If I lived nearby, I'd stop in from time to time.

The boutique is beautifully organized by clothing type, size, and color, with clearly marked prices that make shopping easy. I'm so glad I found this small business--it's already one of my favorite places to shop!

The clothes inside equally amazing and surprisingly affordable. Lots of famous brands and really high quality clothing in a variety of sizes. They don't have fitting rooms which I was at first not happy about, but as it turns out everyone just changes in front of the mirrors in a back corner. It was the most fun communal shopping experience I've ever had, getting feedback on everything I tried on. This is my go-to shop for dance clothes and work clothes from here on out.

You may think my review is a bit negative, but really, it's a positive!…read more First, I'm pretty sure this thrift store is cash only. I paid for my few items in cash, but I honestly did not see a credit card terminal anywhere. This place is a dump by a gas station / truck stop. The store is packed to the gills, but it is in order. If you can get to it. If you can't reach it or you think you might make something fall down trying to reach an item, ASK THE MAN WORKING THERE TO GET IT FOR YOU. He will thank you for it. The nice man working there said they needed a bigger space. No kidding! :-) I'm serious when I say this - bring some plastic bags ahead of time. There is literally no space to put your items somewhere if you want to come back to them after you have shopped some more. If you put them in plastic bags, at least you can haul your items around the store easier. Plus if you put them in plastic bags (versus a real bag), it won't look suspicious, like you are trying to steal from the store. You will never know how much an item will cost. What you do is put together a bunch of items and then haggle a little bit with the person working there. I honestly really don't like haggling at a **thrift store** but if I thought what he wanted for an item was too high, I'd either tell him that or I just would tell him I didn't want it anymore. I wasn't lying when I said I didn't want it anymore, sometimes he would guess price a little too high. For example, I wanted a used Minecraft shirt. He wanted $5 for it. I said to him, sir, I can get them new for $8 and this one is somewhat worn but still serviceable. He took a look at the shirt again and sold it to me for a dollar. You will find some really good bargains here. I really like this place. I'm going back soon.

It's filthy, stuff is piled haphazardly on shelves and the only employee was on the phone the entire time I was there so even if I had found something, without prices on anything I wouldn't have been able to ask. I kept expecting to see an insect or have something fall on my head. Let me be clear: neither of these things happened, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of 1 star. I was sort of in the neighborhood so I didn't exactly go out of my way to get there, but I would have been extremely disappointed if I had. It's also not that easy to get to and unclear where to park. I won't go back. Do yourself a favor and run up to the Goodwill in Herndon. That's nothing special either (no treasure hunting there), but for inexpensive household items and clothing, at least it's clean, well-lit and well-organized.

This thrift store is pretty well organized, given that it's run largely by volunteers and they process so many donations daily. I've picked great, reasonably priced clothing for work (LL Bean/GAP/Talbots etc) mostly separates and the occasional dress) and items like a Tiffany sunglasses case, two gemstone necklaces, a pair of Cole Haan loafers a few men's polos for my son. Great selection of Halloween costumes, Xmas decor - in season - and pieces of unique/quality china and serving dishes, even a solid wood side table for $40.
