I was incredibly nervous because of past experiences with other dentists where I felt judged, lectured, or belittled. It made me avoid dental care for a long time. From the moment I met the team here, that fear started to disappear. The dentist was kind, respectful, and took the time to have an open conversation without making me feel ashamed or uncomfortable. The deep cleaning itself went smoothly, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Yesterday, I went back to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I had heard so many horror stories from friends and family that I was expecting the worst. I chose to have only local anesthesia instead of being put to sleep, and I was amazed by how easy the procedure actually was. There was some pressure, which is completely expected, but no excruciating pain. I won't lie it was nerve-wracking but once it started, I realized it was much easier than I had imagined. The entire procedure was incredibly efficient, and all four wisdom teeth were removed in about six minutes. The dentist was quick, thorough, and made the experience far less intimidating than I expected. I also want to recognize the front office staff. They have been so friendly, patient, and supportive, always taking the time to answer my questions and help ease any concerns I had. Overall, this office has helped reduce the dental anxiety I've carried for years. They treat patients with kindness, professionalism, and respect, and that has made all the difference for me. What?!? Cost was thousands of dollars and would take 2 days to complete. Went to another dentist and was told "My teeth are beautiful, why are you here?". ALWAYS get a 2nd. Opinion! If they said I only needed a new crown or had 1 cavity I would have fallen for it, but they were a little too ambitious, and it tipped me off. NEVER went back. Go on Yelp. If you scroll all the way past the good reviews you will see several complaints of "Up selling" of treatments that are not needed. So basically I would have spent thousands and sat in the chair for hours and hours for nothing....WOW.

Kristen R. (R.D.H) is my Dental Hygienist. I look forward to seeing her and appreciate all of the detailed hard-work and effort she puts-in to ensure my teeth remain healthy. Kristen makes my semi-annual cleaning a breeze. She is an excellent R.D.H. The front office staff, Paulla, Jessica, and Sandy, are helpful with appointments and insurance information. Very easy to work with and a friendly, calming vibe when you enter the office. I think many of us have had our bad experiences at a dental office, causing us to not even like going to a dentist. However, I think Dr. Wong and his staff can change your mind. Personally, I am so glad I found them and plan on being a patient of theirs for many more years.
