Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often dismissive. The accounting team, in particular, has been rude and unprofessional -- instead of solving issues, they make the process feel adversarial. For a company of this size, I expected organization, accountability, and basic respect for partners and customers. What I experienced felt like the opposite. What bothers me most is that there doesn't seem to be any focus on building long-term relationships. It feels transactional: they get what they need and leave everyone else dealing with the mess afterward. I genuinely hope leadership takes a serious look at how vendors and partners are being treated, because the current experience does not reflect the reputation they try to project. I give them less than a year to fold

This tell me what kind of lousy accounting dept messy disorganized accountants they are. Plus they want to hire an accountant but tell you that you can't have other work outside this job (? This is stupid illegal thing to ask. They probably hire someone to do the work for that other Sr acct guy so he could spend time to chew for the CPA exam huh. Ho ho ho. What a lamed plan. The two guys look like a plan to me;)

I hadn't been back in a few…read moreyears, and I'd forgotten both the incredible views and how easy it is to spend an afternoon there. We walked in expecting a quiet lunch and quickly realized the World Cup was on. The screening room was packed with members watching the match, and it was fun seeing everyone so invested in the game. Since we wanted to catch up, we headed to the garden patio instead. There were plenty of people enjoying lunch outside, though it never felt loud. We never had to raise our voices to hear each other, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the afternoon. Our server was fantastic. She checked on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks refreshed, and always seemed to know when to stop by and when to give us space. We never felt rushed, which made the afternoon even more enjoyable. We started with the calamari to share. I ordered the Faroe Island king salmon with sautéed spinach and chimichurri, and my friend had the chopped salad. The salmon had a beautiful sear and was cooked perfectly, while the chimichurri added just the right amount of brightness. We each ordered the cucumber cocktail, mine with vodka and his with gin. It was crisp, refreshing, and exactly what I wanted on such a hot afternoon. It paired especially well with the salmon. One detail I really appreciate about Soho House is its no-photo policy. After spending a few hours there, it made perfect sense. Around us, people were catching up with friends, having meetings, enjoying lunch, or watching the match without phones constantly pointed around the room. It made the entire space feel more relaxed, and I found myself appreciating being somewhere that encouraged people to be present with each other. Nothing felt forced or overly formal. We were able to settle in, enjoy a great meal, and spend a few hours catching up without ever feeling like our table was needed for the next reservation. By the time we left, I completely understood why so many people enjoy being members. One last detail worth mentioning is valet. The attendants were friendly, professional, and efficient. It's a small touch, but it made arriving and leaving effortless.

Extremely overrated…read more Unfortunately, Soho House Hollywood lived up to its online reputation of having a "you should just be happy to be here" attitude. The front desk was dismissive, no one offered to help with luggage despite the stairs leading to reception, and the elevator and hallways were extremely hot. When I mentioned the heat, the manager simply shrugged and explained that none of their locations have A/C in those areas. The hotel itself is extremely dated. Our room was standard-sized, felt small for California, and was overpriced for the quality and experience. The food was decent--the burger was pretty good and the sashimi was fresh. The restaurant wait staff were actually the saving grace: friendly, attentive and hospitable. Overall, Soho House seems to rely heavily on its name and exclusivity rather than delivering an elevated experience. There are better private clubs with better service, better facilities and far less attitude. Two stars. The restaurant staff earned the second one.

This has been an LA spot for decades... literally!…read more I have been here several times over the years and what I appreciate is that this place knows how to evolve with the times, from originally opening up as the place to go to on the strip when I was in college to a networking spot when I was in business school and even to 2025 where they now have a fun and festive Mariah Carey Holiday Bar for the holidays. Drinks and food are what you expect in LA. expensive. But service from bartenders is fast (once you can get in!) and they are friendly. Valet at the hotel or several lots in the area. Vibes and layout was MC all the way. The pre purchase ticket came with the option of only two drinks which I wish the whole cocktail menu was available. Otherwise the cocktails were okay, nothing amazing and definitely not worth the price. There was also limited seating-- I wish they provided more seating options to the tickets sold. The karaoke booth was also a great idea but the music in the head phones was different than what was playing in the actual booth so made it confusing. Also the $9.99 price for two songs was definitely a money grab and didn't understand the booth so we lost out on one song. Overall, fun idea but could have been better.

So sentimental reasons we stopped. 1. Paying for parking sucks! $8 oh well 2. 90+ degrees and you're only letting people sit outside. For that reason, alone, we should've kept driving. I couldn't stay out of the sun. You don't have misters because it's usually never this hot the glass shield at any type of breeze so we were just sitting there sweating The food was fine I had a bite of my husband's lobster roll, and it was especially delicious I was gonna get crabcakes then I ended up choosing the grilled salmon it came with or I chose broccoli and a tiny little cup of coleslaw I was really hungry because we hadn't eaten anything all day and it was 3 PM I took about 10 minutes and walked down to the ocean, which was the only time I got to enjoy my feet in the sand So I'm grateful for that I also picked up one of there to go containers out on the beach and threw it in the trash I'm sure I'm a Friday or Saturday night. The restaurant is amazing. I wished we could've sat inside. My husband does not like to be warm much less hot and sweaty.
