My rep., Zach Schultz, takes the utmost care of me and my business - he is both professional and personable at the same time. I recommend them to everyone for marketing needs. As a response to some of the negative reviews here, I would simply opine that marketing does not equate to being a good business or good product If they are advertising aggressively but failing to see returns, it's most likely an internal problem with that business and not that of Scorpion.

Our family business signed on with Scorpion at $10,000 per month under the promise of real SEO…read moregrowth, lead generation, and revenue-focused results. After months of working with them, the reality couldn't be further from what they sold us. * Minimal Results: Despite their flashy talk of "AI-powered SEO" and "Revenue MAX", we saw virtually no meaningful improvement in organic rankings, traffic, or qualified leads. * Overpriced & Misleading: For what they charge, you'd expect measurable ROI. Instead, most of what they deliver leans on expensive PPC campaigns while calling it "SEO." * No Transparency: We asked for clear data on results and ROI and got generic reports with no real accountability. * Lock-In Tactics: What they don't tell you upfront is that if you ever want to leave, you risk losing your website and campaign data because they control the assets. In short, Scorpion overpromises and underdelivers. They burned through our budget with little to show for it. Don't be fooled by the buzzwords or their aggressive sales pitch--if you're a business owner serious about growth, look elsewhere.

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

Mellady Direct Marketing was the one-stop-shop that I needed for my business. Stephanie has been my main point of contact and I could not be happier with the care she has given. I know what it is like to work in a family owned and operated business, things can be tough and chaotic, but through everything she is dealing with, she always has a smile on her face and a willingness to help out. With Mellady Direct, it is people helping people. The whole team does great work and always has a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be a customer for years to come. Thank you Stephanie and Team!

They are responsive, professional, they do QUALITY work and their prices are very good. They are not far from my office and they deliver which is convenient.

Upon entering the store, I approached an employee at the counter to inform them I was there to pick up an order. The employee, an older female, did not greet me. Instead, she asked abruptly, "What do you need?" When I stated that I was, "Picking up," her response was to repeatedly say, "Picking up what," with a very negative and dismissive tone. She did not ask for my name or the order number, which prolonged the interaction and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I believe this employee's attitude does not align with the standard of customer service your company strives to provide. The interaction was brief, but the lack of basic politeness and professionalism was surprising and disappointing. I trust that you will address this matter to ensure that all customers receive a more positive and respectful experience. I did want to mention my order was done to a high standard, however the customer service could use some help.
