When selecting a website marketing management team, Jackson Law PA, considers Scorpion Co. the single best choice for law firms. A decade with Scorpion at the helm of our firm, Jackson Law has grown its clientele exponentially beyond imagination.....Thank You Scorpion. Jackson Law PA has been a loyal observer of Scorpion since the early 2000s, closely monitoring their growth in the competitive world of website development. Despite trying numerous website companies from 2000 to 2013, our firm was consistently disappointed by so many website companies, unable to deliver any successful growth. Exasperated, in 2013, Jackson Law decided to conduct extensive research, specifically targeting website design firms focused on lawyers. At that time, few website companies specialized in the legal field and acquiring credible information about them was a challenge. Our firm began reaching out to these companies, but most lacked substance; couldn't provide any credible success stories or reliable references; and consistently made false guarantees regarding return on investment, ROI. Undeterred, Jackson Law embarked on its own quest to identify and interview law firms nationwide associated with website designers. Our quest kept leading us back to Scorpion. Scorpion stood out because of its extensive portfolio of advertised lawyers and the list of example firms showcased on its website. John J., marketing manager for Jackson Law, contacted 25 law firms across the nation that used Scorpion's website services, and spoke directly with principals from 20 of those law firms, all of whom spoke highly of Scorpion's performance. Encouraged by these conversations, John J. reached out to Scorpion and spoke with Scorpion's Senior Marketing Manager, Kevin T. Kevin delivered an intriguing remark: "for the initial cost of approximately $40,000 we could launch a new website with the understanding that Scorpion had no ROI statistics from other law firms using Scorpion as their web manager. Furthermore, Kevin. said, our firm should not expect any ROI until after our website was launched and up on the internet for about year. Seemed risky but honest unlike other firms making false profit guarantees. Despite the significant investment, Jackson Law PA considered taking the leap of faith and engage Scorpion. Before committing to a contract, John J., visited the firm's headquarters in California, where he was thoroughly impressed by the 400-strong team design and proposed website management plans. Jackson Law's decision was made and our firm hired Scorpion. In less than six months after launching our website, our firm saw a complete return on investment, followed by substantial growth and 10 years later our firm still cannot say enough good things about Scorpion. Scorpion has managed Jackson Law PA with various team leaders, all commendable in their own right. However, it's John G. who has shone the brightest, overseeing the firm's growth and maintaining a consistently positive return on investment. John G. has become an integral part of Jackson Law PA, providing invaluable insights and quick, efficient adjustments to our firm's marketing strategy. In the fast-paced world of marketing, John G. has proven himself as indispensable as Wyatt Earp in the Old West. He ensures that their marketing efforts remain unscathed and thrive, much like the brand name Scorpion has become - a dependable choice, akin to Coca-Cola or Ford, standing the test of time. In summary, Jackson Law PA's journey with Scorpion, from skepticism to unshakable trust, exemplifies the firm's outstanding ability to deliver results and maintain a lasting partnership. Scorpion, with John G. at the helm together with other members on my team, has become an irreplaceable asset in Jackson Law PA's quest for success. read more

Terrible Experience with the Law Firm's Website Services Our law firm had a disappointing and frustrating experience with the website services provided by this company for over a year. Despite sending them content, they would make unauthorized changes and post altered versions on our website, which were later revealed to be illegal. They falsely claimed that we could guarantee attorney fees, but when we confronted a manager with a side-by-side comparison of our original document and the posted content, she apologized and acknowledged the error. However, just a week later, she seemed to have no recollection of our conversation, creating an atmosphere of gaslighting and deflection. Throughout our engagement, we had weekly calls where promises were made but rarely followed through. Despite assuring us that they would take action on our discussions, they consistently failed to deliver. Moreover, we hired them specifically for SEO services, paying a hefty $1500 per month, while competitors charged significantly less at $300. Shockingly, when we assessed the performance score, it was remarkably low. We immediately raised this concern with the company, only to be met with an absurd explanation that we ourselves were responsible for the poor performance score. The manager even claimed there was an email discussing this matter, but when requested to produce it, she conveniently delayed sending it, and it never materialized. Our website was no different from others in our industry, yet the company insisted that upgrading our site would resolve the issue, framing it as a "free" service. However, we already paid $1500 per month, and fixing inadequate SEO scores should be an integral part of their job, not an additional cost. We tried to rectify the situation by requesting a credit for the previous month, considering their editing of our content and the poor SEO performance, but they bluntly refused any refunds, despite their failure to fulfill their responsibilities. As a result of this deeply unsatisfactory experience, we have decided to switch to Justia, which offers their services at a reasonable rate of $200 per month. We wish anyone who continues to deal with this company the best of luck, as our experience has shown that they are unprofessional, unaccountable, and fail to deliver on their promises. read more

I am an attorney in South Florida whose primary practice is per diem court appearances for law firms throughout Florida. In 2013,  I had the idea to try my hand at immigration law in order to supplement my primary practice. Upon hearing positive recommendations from my colleagues regarding  Scorpion, I paid Scorpion their fee to create my website and perform other related services to said same. This company was overwhelmingly diligent and professional in assisting me in getting this off the ground. Due to my indecision and hesitation to pursue immigration law, I dragged my feet in getting the website going. This is absolutely through no fault of Scorpion who contacted me sometimes twice a week for status updates regarding this project. Fast forward to present day: after several years' of setting aside this project indefinitely, I contacted Scorpion to inquire about them creating a new website for my per-diem court appearance practice. Again, even after all these years have elapsed,  Scorpion was extremely prompt and professional in their responses to me in endeavoring to get my project off the ground.  Bottom line; Scorpion offered me several alternative services (related to website/marketing) to assist me in my project; however, it turned out that my court appearance practice wasn't in need of these particular web marketing  services at the present time. Without me even asking, and even after several years' have elapsed, this Company nonetheless offered me a FULL refund--- no questions asked!  Furthermore, VP Brian Blades politely declined my offer for the company to keep even  partial moneys in light of the foregoing circumstances--and instead issued me a full refund.  Suffice it to say, this Company has my highest recommendation as to their professionalism, follow through and integrity. If anyone would like to discuss this with me personally, I am readily available at 305 962 5358 or email: attyhg@yahoo.com Harvey Greenberg, Esquire read more

I have had my own law firm since 2007 and during these 16 years, I have hired multiple companies to assist in my online presence. Some were large, nationwide companies while others were local. So, I've heard and seen it all in regards to marketing companies. I have learned that each and every sales representative is enjoyable to be around and tends to come across as knowledgeable in regards getting results for my law office. However, you don't hire a marketing company because they smile at you and say all the right things. I have to get results in order to justify the marketing costs. Rarely has that been the case and it can be frustrating as a small business owner. Working with Scorpion has been refreshing. First of all, I am seeing the results. My phone rings almost too much (if there is such a thing) with new clients. The income I am receiving more than justifies the cost of doing business with Scorpion. Secondly, my representative, Shannon Wilmoth, is just fantastic to work with. Sure, she is enjoyable and friendly to talk to; however, she also goes out of her way to make sure that we are making educated decisions moving forward based upon current conditions. It's almost as if she is telling me what she would do if she were in my shoes. If there is a particular aspect of the campaign that's not bearing fruit, then we pivot and go in a different direction. Ultimately, it is not fun to restart with a new marketing company but if the current company is not getting you the results you must have, then you make the decision and move on. Now that I am with Scorpion, I can confidently say that I won't need to restart again. I am thanking to Scorpion and Shannon for the great advice and service. read more

From my first contact with a Scrorpion sales agent, to working with their website design department, to developing a successful SEO strategy, Scrorpion has been great. I found out about Scorpion from a friend. Their sales person, Brian, was straight-forward and honest. He told me what I could and could not do (not just what I wanted to hear). I have worked with many SEO companies in the past and believe me, there is ALOT of misinformation and "smoke and mirrors" out there. Brian helped me sift through all the myths and false information. The way they designed my site was second to none. Their graphic design team led by Parisse is extremely creative and they did an amazing job with content writing. Kathryn was assigned to me for SEO and she is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have her direct line and she is there to answer almost every time I call. If she is not available, she always calls back within a couple of hours. She responds to my e-mails immediately. Even though she is in California, I sometimes feel like she is right here next to my office. These guys are very responsive! Regarding SEO, I am in an extremely competitive industry. I spent years struggling to get onto the first page of Google with little success. My site would only appear on page one under a few keywords and often ended up on the 2nd page with many keywords. This is no longer a problem with Scorpion. Scorpion was the first to get me on the top of the first page for every keyword and they did it within a couple of months!! read more

Our company has several locations throughout the country and we are working with Scorpion on our second website for another of our companies. The customer service just doesn't get any better than what they offer. From working with the initial teams to your development and maintenance, their service is top notch. They always keep me informed of every detail, respond to all my questions within 30 minutes and are eager to always help out with any question or concern. Even adding content and changing little things here and there on your webpage is a breeze with them, and they are happy to do it. Scorpion is like having your own in house marketing manager, I can't express how happy we are with their service and honesty. I can't see anyone that has done business with them not give them a 5 star review. I will say that to anyone not pleased with their results, then they are not utilizing Scorpion to their fullest potential. It takes a team effort to make your web presence stand out, and that means you as a business owner working with them to make that happen. Fill out the customer forms they send to you so they can better track your lead progress. Make sure you are doing your part as well. It takes time to establish a web presence, it doesn't happen over night, but with Scorpions help, you will get there, trust me. They are at the top of their game when it comes to marketing, and I know this because we have used many different ones in the past and not one of them can hold a candle to Scorpion, so utilize them to the fullest and you will watch your customer base grow in no time. read more

After partnering with Scorpion for over a year, we are exceptionally pleased with the transparent and professional approach they bring to the table. It's a breath of fresh air to work with a company that values clear communication and integrity. In particular, our Marketing Manager, Ashley Hernandez, has been a constant source of support and guidance since day one. Her communication is always straightforward, cutting through the jargon and making complex marketing strategies easy to understand. She's always ready and willing to answer any questions we have, patiently explaining things until we feel confident and informed. Prior to working with Scorpion, we experienced disappointment with other marketing teams who promised results but failed to deliver. We felt lost and unsure if effective marketing was even possible for our business. However, Scorpion Marketing has truly turned things around. They've worked incredibly hard to understand our specific needs and challenges, and they've tailored their services to help us achieve our goals. Thanks to the comprehensive marketing services they provide, we have witnessed significant and tangible growth in our business. We've seen an increase in leads, a boost in website traffic, and ultimately, a positive impact on our bottom line. If you're tired of empty promises and lackluster results, stop looking elsewhere and choose Scorpion Marketing. Their commitment to transparency, professionalism, and delivering real results is unparalleled. You won't be disappointed! read more

This is by far the most amazing website/internet marketing company in the world. Their customer service is outstanding!!! These guys know how to spoil their clients. They have this amazing habit of exceeding our expectations on every project. Although the customer service is second to none, that's not the most amazing thing about them. The most amazing thing about them is their pursuit towards excellence. They will not and do not rest until they have exhausted all options to make you look as good as possible. They also have an ability to close the geographical gap with their personal touch. They are based out of California and our company is in Texas but I swear Spencer Lincoln is right around the corner. Their personal touch makes you feel like they are right next door. I can't say enough about this company. They have changed our business. We have experienced record sales the last two years that we've been with them. Their SEO skills have taken us from #22 to #3 on a google search. Brian Davis and Jamie Adams are amazing people that we have worked with and because of these guys and this whole Scorpion team we will continue to grow with Scorpion for years to come. Scorpion has been nothing but outstanding in assisting my firm. We have multiple websites with them that have resulted in numerous retained clients. In today's world, your website is not just important, it is EVERYTHING. It leaves a lasting impression on your potential client and having a Scorpion website insures that you are going to "wow" your customers. Scorpion has been at it for a long time and they have multiple people on their staff who can assist you in the cryptic world of SEO. I completely disagree with the earlier negative review written about Scorpion. What SEO company worth anything doesn't have multiple attorneys within the same region who practice in the same area of law? Scorpion has always followed through with everything I have asked them to do. Their creativity and insight into SEO is unparalleled in the industry. SEO is a very complex thing and any company who tells you they have the magic bullet is flat out lying to you. To move up on the search engines you need quality content, blogging, backlinks, social media links, etc. etc. It's a marathon not a foot race. To be consistently at the top of the search engines you need an industry leader on your side and Scorpion fits that mold. They are big, but not too big. read more

I've continued to work with Scorpion from 2005 and into 2019 now. I help manage the law firm I sold in 2014, which focuses on DUI defense. Scorpion, and in particular, Kelly, my marketing manager, keep delivering results. Because of the success, I have branched out into the world of personal injury. I really enjoy the work and clients. Scorpion has handled all my paid digital advertising for California as well as two other states. Because of them, I am able to have a predictable flow of new clients each month. I've worked closely with Daylen, who manages my paid ads, and he has been on top of things, often suggesting advertising in ways I have not considered, and importantly, they were often ways in which I would spend less but see a better ROI. I feel confident my team at Scorpion is looking out for my best interest and truly cares about me, and my success. As I stated in my last review, it's imperative to keep the team at Scorpion in the loop and work with them, providing them as much data as possible. I make sure to mark all my leads with a quality score and give weekly updates on cases signed so Scorpion can continue to make adjustments, saving me money and getting me more cases. read more

With an Account Manager like Jonathan, I am curious to know how one could give Scorpion anything less than 5 stars. What light breaks on yonder web presence? It is the East, and Scorpion is the sun. They arise and bring life to the unoptimized web presence. Scare away sick and pale leads for Scorpion is far more fair! I was pleasantly surprised to find someone more invested in my marketing efforts than me. Jonathan, our account manager, takes a tenacious and smart approach to optimizing marketing. He is honest and open to ideas. Scorpion truly feel like they are a part of our company. They take special emphasis on working with you while still providing expert opinions. Furthermore, Scorpion provides data-driven decisions. We are no longer making marking decisions based on feeling. Scorpion provides easy-to-read reports showing us what advertising is working, where our money is being spent, and how much money is used per lead. They also use this data to improve your marketing efforts. Scorpion is not a one-time consultation, they provide ongoing advice to make the best of your marketing budget. Scorpion consistently pays for itself. They truly took our business to another level. read more

Our law firm has worked with multiple marketing groups of the years. We begin with Scorpion six years ago after many disappointing experiences with other companies. I can't get over the difference a solid company that knows what they are doing made for our firm. Our account representative, Shannon Wilmoth, has been pivotal in our success-she is amazing to collaborate with. Shannon has worked to make sure to tailor to our exact needs, always communicating results and new opportunities. It feels like she is on OUR team and sincerely roots for our success. Her knowledge of the marketing field and the information at her finger tips is communicated in a professional and approachable way. Whether it is explaining all the technical magic that goes on behind the scene or brainstorming new website design Shannon, and her team at Scorpion, go out of their way to make sure we are pleased with their service and we have a handle on how Scorpion powers our business. Our firm has really grown in the last six years, I feel like a marketing company has finally delivered what they promised. Well now... I've been a painting contractor for 40 yrs. I've tried Angie's list & many Referal companies over the years. Paid Ads in various papers. And all of it put together hasn't made my phone ring like Scorpion has. I was very skeptical at first having Home adviser & many other Money pits burn my money away But after I sat down with Kevin Thomson months ago and him slowly and patiently go over exactly what there gonna do for my painting Company "Masterpiece Painting" my company has grown and we're booked up solid for months. My phone is ringing more then it ever has and I am truly grateful I pulled the trigger with Scorpion they do what they say there gonna do and i am very happy with the results. I am so glad I sat still for long enough for Kevin to go over all the details and the great advice he has given us. And the best part is when ever I call with questions Kevin always answers his phone not like some of these other fly by night burn your money up marketing & Referal companies. Thank you Kevin & your team for all you do for me and my family. I highly recommend checking these guys out if you want more business & need results. And thanks again Kevin. read more

I have worked with Scorpion twice, once at a firm I worked for as an executive legal assistant and now as an attorney with my own firm. I cannot recommend Scorpion highly enough. They provide exception service, and you will definitely get your money's worth. My accounts manager, Brianna Hamilton, goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm happy. She's very responsive, kind, and always on top of things. The entire staff at Scorpion has been phenomenal to work with, and I'm so impressed by my firm's results. Scorpion really is worth every single penny and then some, and I feel that they've been incredibly responsible in guiding me through this process and managing my AdSpend. They definitely take into account your goals, and they listen. I couldn't believe how amazingly my website captured the look and feel I wanted for potential clients, and I was shocked when I started getting calls right away. I cannot say enough good things, and I've seen them perform and overperform time and time again.
