Anthony really took the time to understand my vision and what I wanted to express. His knowledge of graphic design paired with all the google, yelp, Instagram specialty's he offers showed in the final site. BEWARE OF XTOLIA / ANTHONY -- SCAM WARNING…read more I normally do not write public reviews like this, but after a month of being ignored and completely blindsided, I feel obligated to warn other business owners. I met Anthony, the owner of XTOLIA, through a mutual friend. We began discussing my business website and online presence over several weeks. Initially, I was not even looking to purchase a new website, but Anthony strongly persuaded me that rebuilding and managing my website would be essential for my business growth. Throughout our conversations, he presented himself as a Wix specialist and website expert. He performed a website audit, pointed out issues with my current site, discussed SEO optimization, traffic growth strategies, website layout improvements, and ongoing maintenance services. He sent examples of websites he claimed to have developed and spoke very confidently about the results he could provide. Trusting his expertise and professionalism, I signed a contract on April 19 and paid him thousands of dollars via Zelle in good faith. After payment was sent, communication completely stopped. It has now been over a month of repeated calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups with virtually no response or accountability. I have received no completed work, no meaningful updates, and no resolution. What makes this even more concerning is: * The phone number listed online is disconnected * The business address appears to be invalid or not actively staffed * Multiple attempts to locate or contact him have failed As a business owner myself, this experience has been incredibly upsetting and financially damaging. I truly never imagined I would end up in this situation after weeks of consistent communication and reassurance. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with XTOLIA or Anthony to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly protect themselves before sending payment. If communication resumes or this situation is resolved, I will gladly update this review accordingly.

PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED…read more We worked with them after having paid in advance and they did not deliver. They were very expensive too. Good thing we only paid for the initial design and not the ongoing service. They said they would be there to support the product too but have disappeared and are completely unreachable so you won't run into this issue anyway seeing as they won't reply anyway. I gave ample opportunity to rectify when I requested help dozens of times but they're just gone.

This is how bad Sunlight Media LLC is: I asked them to fix the contact form on my website. A…read moresimple ask. Shortly after, I stopped receiving any emails, whatsoever. This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware. Totally unprofessional.

We learned a lot of valuable and meaningful information through the entire process of building our app Assuaged. We initially had an idea that was valuable, but not enough for today's market. We needed more guidance and mentorship. Creative27 fulfilled and exceeded above all expectations. I didn't believe in myself or ideas before meeting Vasile and his excellent team at Creative27. I'm a disabled Veteran and I have PTSD, and at one point I was obese and pre-diabetic. I stay home 95% of the time and I'm not very social at all. I gave up thinking I could find something that would make me feel accomplished. My wife Cindy has encouraged me to take my ideas and ambitions to the next level. I resisted this many times until she got me on a phone call with Vasile. The idea of investing your money into building an app product not knowing the future is very scary. But I will tell you 100% that this award-winning developer knows the game and how to bring you from nothing and build you into something you never saw in yourself before. They took our ideas and added their ideas and incredible teamwork which led us here. My wife and I are very thankful words cannot really express. Creative27 is a very skilled and an expert brand in app development. I can promise you that they only take cases they believe in themselves. If it wasn't for this amazing team we wouldn't be here today and we wouldn't be able to do something so meaningful. Thanks Vasile for your entrepreneur mentorship, Julieta for your excellent marketing mentorship and to everyone at Creative27 for building such a beautiful app. Thanks for changing our lives, we're eternally grateful.
