I wasn't expecting much food or service wise. I had the honey BBQ boneless wings and it was pretty good. It had a little too much sauce but overall I like them better then Buffalo wild wings. My bf had a burger and salad. The salad cane out with the food which is silly. My son enjoy his hamburger and pudding shooter. It was a little pricey for what it was two sliders, hamburger, and like six boneless chicken fingers for over forty dollars. read more

I've been hearing about these great wings for years.... never been to a Hooters, but hubby & all his friends wanted to go & check out this UFC guy who was going to be there, so I tagged along. The food, was disgusting. I can't believe it.... I love wings & have been wanting to try these for awhile now... everything we got was nasty. The best thing about this place was the beer. Licking the floor would have been tastier than anything on our plate..... Never again. read more

Hit or miss on the service. Food is good and reliable. Definitely packed during any ufc fight.

I would like to share with you an incident that happened last night at your Saugus, MA location. I am a regular at the restaurant, and usually go once or twice a week. Last night was game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals. Having been at this location many times before, I knew last night would be very busy. I called early in the afternoon to inquire about reservations, and was told that there is no reservations available, but if I arrived early, it shouldn't be a problem. We arrived 90 minutes before the start of the game, and was 5th in line for a table. The line behind me increased to about 70 people or so. I soon began to notice groups of people bypassing the line, and going right to managers or waitresses, speaking to them in a familiar way, and sure enough, these groups were ushered over to tables that had just been cleared. After the 4th instance of this happening, I asked a manager what was happening. He said he "didn't know", or claimed that "they had already been seated previously". I took his explanation at face value, until I saw this happen a few more times, with people who would pull in to the parking lot, walk from their cars, and get a seat almost immediately. I also witnessed a group of 3 young women wait in line behind me for 30 minutes, until one of them said "Oh, let me go talk to my friend". Sure enough, they were seated almost immediately. I again asked the manager about this situation, and specifically mentioned that group of young women. His response was "Oh, you mean Jenn? she already had a table." I then asked why someone who already had a table would wait in line (and add her name to the wait list) for 30 minutes. He could not come up with an answer. After waiting for approximately 90 minutes, the other members of my party were getting anxious about the possibility of getting a table at all. I asked a different manager about our odds, and he responded "Truthfully, it doesn't look good". I then told him that it seemed to me that many people had skipped the line altogether, and that it didn't seem fair to everyone who had waited patiently outside. At this point, my group left and went elsewhere to watch the game. I have been coming to this location for over a year, and doubt that I will return. I would think that with a new Buffalo Wild Wings opening up half a mile away that your store would try even harder to please their customers. I would be wrong. read more

Love the Daytona wings.... but aside from the delicious wings and perfect beverages....or shall I say cocktails the manger name Marcel is absolutely the best thing that could of happen to the establishment. Since he has been here the service has improved dramatically and the slightest problem he is on it with the best intentions .... makes you feel wanted and appreciated... this manger really knows how to treat guest.... so kudos to Marcel for the wonderful service and for caring.... this place will really succeed with him on board... he knows how to make guest happy and satisfied..... read more

Terrible. Bad wings, too bright for a Hooters. Service was OK. But the price and quality of the food...I'm certain this place won't be at this new location long unless something drastically changes read more

Horrible service place sucks one time I waited for 10 mins and it wasn't busy at all the waitress never came so I walked out the food is not right most of the time fries are cold and soggy feels like they cook them and leave them for left overs and just reheat them never again and not worth the drive better off going somewhere else I don't know what happen to this place use to be a good place read more

I'm basing this review on a take-out order I placed at this location several weeks ago. I called about 2 hours in advance and asked if I could place an order for wings to go and I told them what time I'd be there. When I got there (on time), I waited roughly 25 minutes before my order was ready. The hostess who seemed to be in charge of this was very apologetic and kept blaming the kitchen for being backed up. My response to this in my head was, "Well, good business isn't an excuse for being understaffed or getting behind in the kitchen." The atmosphere is great and didn't seem as ratty as that of the Boston location (R.I.P). It's very clean, and as others have stated, there are a ton of big screen T.V.s, suitable for watching the big game. The girls are about the same, and as I stated, the hostess couldn't have been nicer and she genuinely seemed to feel upset about my order not being ready. When I got to my destination, the wings I'd ordered seemed pretty dry. Now, there had been a gap in time and they had been reheated, but they weren't nearly as good as I remembered. them. I'm cautiously awarding 3 stars here, but will judge further when I go to sit down and eat sometime soon. read more

I love the buffalo chicken and onion rings here. I think the food has become better over the years.

So my daughter picks up my take out tonight for my 40th birthday party.....First of all wait is 1/2 hour after order was placed for ! She's treated like one of the ass out boobs out waitresses who works there, oh ya I was there too to notice, but they didn't know that.......wings were great as usual, but as a business THEY SUCK! Service sucks, people suck, good wings but not worth a comeback. read more

I come in expecting good food and conversation. I only got the food. My waitress didn't even introduce herself. Only time someone talked to me was to take my order. Even getting the check she didn't say anything. All the while every waitress is jumping tables to chat up everyone except me. Ruined the hooters experience. read more

Went here with a couple of buddies for our Fantasy Football draft tonight. Had a few beers, some poor excuses for wings, and just as the draft starts the Wifi goes out. Not just for our table, NO ONE can get online in the entire restaurant. I call over the completely befuddled manager and he basically says "Yeah, a lot of people are having problems" and thats it. No "hey let me make this better for you" or "I'm sorry" or "Let me comp you a drink". He just walks away. Come to find out they have been having problems all night and never said anything. We end up drafting using our phones... really? Don't EVER hold your draft here! Obviously, they have no idea what they are doing besides girls in tight shirts and pouring beer. read more

Always a great place to visit; especially for a Bruins or Patriot's game. The waitresses are always attentive and friendly; even when I go with my wife (often). The manager (Jon) is a good guy, and Is always willing to change a channel or help with a request. read more

They take forever to make the food and i'm hungry at 1:02am and it says it will take 40 minutes. LIKE WTF

I had a very enjoyable time I came here, Super horribly busy and packed, but as expected, who doesn't want to come and have a good time eating wings and watching sports, all along with some very pretty ladies taking your order. Great service, great food, great times. read more

Randomly decided to head here after a late night at work a few weeks ago with some coworkers. Can't say much about the beer - it was beer. But our server, Rachel, was awesome. Friendly, down to earth, attentive, and accommodating. Would go back just to hang out with her for another couple of pitchers. read more

Fun atmosphere, food was good for what it is and no matter which store I go to they seem to be consistent. My waitress "Chutney" was GREAT big smiles everytime she came by and handled our table of 7 like a pro! read more

Ok I am downgrading my last review. The last two times I have been there the service has been TERRIBLE. I get it, I'm a girl with a guy at the table, so he's probably not going to flirt with you and give you extra tips, but you shouldn't sit at another table feeding the men food while I've been waiting for you to take my order for half an hour. Food is still ok and what I expect from a place like Hooters, but it will be awhile before I go back here. read more

Went to hooters last night for the all you can eat wings with a few buddies. As far as restaurants go its not very good, but it is the perfect place to go with some buddies watch a game and have some greasy food. The wings are fantastic and the girls well they make hooters hooters. We started out with the Cajun wings and other than being very salty they were good. My advice is to get the wings naked the batter is just to heavy but most people who are there do not care about getting a healthy meal. The only wings that I did not like were the parm garlic. It was like they dumped alfredo sauce on top of a wing. Not very good but other than that service excellent wings great and beer was very cheap for pictures.. Would go again for wing night.. read more

Are these reviews real, this place rocks, great drinks, food is great ,vibe is awesome, music is cool, you can take the wife and kids or show up on your harley for bike night ,which I lose everytime , but who cares, I get a kick out of the negative reviews, there just jealous! The best is when the wife asks me to get take out ,I cannot get to my truck fast enough ,for the wings off course! read more

I went for the VIP Grand Opening the other night, and it was a great time! The wings are as good or better than any Hooters I have been in previously! It is a very bright, and wide open building, with a ton of TV's. It looks to be fantastic! read more

Meh. I went for lunch and the B squad was on, so the talent was limited. The food is good (the buffalo chicken sandwich is awesome) but Hooters loves to nickel and dime you for everything. The sandwichs / burgers don't come with fries, and every salad dressing will cost you (really, how much can that really cosy a restaurant in bulk??). read more

Well this was our first Hooters encounter! We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was very friendly but she failed to sit and chat with us as she did with most other tables-I am guessing its because we were married couples? Anyway the service was prompt but the food was totally forgettable. What is all the hype about the wings! Our friend ordered the garlic and the teriyaki and both plates of wings were tiny and boney! Not meaty at all! My husband's Western burger was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was very tasty. I had a dry and luke warm buffalo chicken sandwich and another friend had chicken fingers, again they were dry and totally forgettable. Please note-fries are considered an add-on item. I also ordered a side of ranch dressing for my sandwich and was charged eighty cents for it! Yes, yes I know that folks come for the view -but I how hard is it to do decent bar food? So for four people we spent one hundred and ten dollars on two pitchers of beer, four entrees and one appetizer. It was fun to check it out but we won't be back. read more

Yes, the eye candy is nice to look at, but don't come here if you're expecting a good meal. The quality of the food is mediocre at best. The waitresses are hired based more on their chest-to-waist ratio than for their IQ (which, yes, I understand, is part of the visual aesthetic that goes along with the Hooters experience), and are likely to screw up one or more parts of your order. In the times I've been here, I've had my food brought out to me cold, and run into managers whose response to such a situation was "What do you want me to do? It's busy!" All in all, if you're coming here to ogle the girls, you'll be fine. But if that's the case, skip the menu and sit at the bar. read more

Generally good place to go... Take advantage of all you can eat tuesday's wings thursday boneless wings

I haven't been to a Hooters in years and I wasn't a fan when I did go. The Saugus location changed my mind. Decent food, Good beers on tap, Friendly staff, Super lively on Friday night, but still big enough to get into. I'd go back. read more

I really miss not having a Hooters in NH. Anyways I have been to this location 3 times now. It's pretty much the same as any other Hooters. If you like beer and chicken wings Hooters is the best. Nothing compares to Hooters wings. I don't know what it is, but I have tried many other wings places and still love Hooters wings. Also, the chili cheese fries are a must have too. read more

I have to give this place 4 stars just for the ambiance/atmosphere. The food is the same as every other Hooters. OK but nothing spectacular. The staff/girls are always extremely nice. Food, drinks and beer are reasonably priced, beer is always ice cold. I like going here anytime of the day. read more

A decent place to catch a game. Food isn't very good, prices are pretty average. Still, theres more life in this place than Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Idk everyone raves about the wings at Hooters. Idk I don't see anything special about their wings. My wings were soggy and I felt like I got sick off of it. It was disgusting. Your better off going to Wings Over or any local pizza shop and get wings that will probably top big time over these nasty Hooters wings. read more

I've been here only once to watch the Canelo vs Khan boxing match on PPV. Real good experience the waitresses or whatever you call them were super nice. The food I had was shrimp which was the BOMB. I also had a few Buffalo wings which pretty damn good as well. I plan on going back to hopefully see UFC 200, that's a major card and should be seen in a setting such as Hooter's. read more

This place is like Hooters x4. It's great. They have pumpkinhead AND wachusetts blueberry! Very pleased!

Sooo...I feel badly because in the South, Hooters is actually good. The one here in Saugus, not so much. I loved Hooters wings and when I was finally able to go here to get some they were pretty disappointing. I went back another time just in case the first was a fluke, but no, still disappointing. Nothing there seemed to taste right, and the service was pretty bad. read more

I knew this place was legit just by the way the parking lot was filled. Went there both times with my lady and I LOVED IT!! very good service and reasonable prices..you get to see hooters, wall to wall flat screens, and bomb wings. read more

Been here many times and have never had a bad experience. The ladies are very friendly and attentive.

Working on my laptop from Hooters is ideal. WiFi is great and the prices are very reasonable. 2 wines and a caeser salad for $12. I cannot complain. My waitress was very friendly, informed and made great conversation. Deirdra (Dee) is a customer service professional!! read more

Worst service , food tastes disgusting here. Worst among all the Hooters i have been too. Waitress are busy flirting with single guys than paying attention to new customers. I would never want to come back to such disgusting place. My friends and I are highly disappointed. I wish i could give negative 5 stars. read more

I come here once and a while for a couple beers and a plate of wings. Nothing else. I don't stray from what I know here, because you never know... Girls are ok, not the best looking things on the block but you're there to watch the game and drink..right?? read more

I would not recommend coming to this location, EVER. Customer Service - Server was really unattentive, and unsocial. She stopped to pay attention to all tables except ours. We even asked for a extra "blue cheese" which she said she will be right back with. She stood behind us for about 15 minutes chatting with another customer and server. Then she came bsck to clear our plates? Enough said there. Food - Food was overly salty, didn't have much taste. Pretzel apps were drowning in salt. Wings were sweet when they were not suppose to be. Other ones were overcooked and disgusting. Cajun flavor, normally my favorite was horrible here. I have no idea what they did to it. Atmosphere - Music selection was good. read more

So how do I begin. In short absolutely awful. I sit at the bar, plenty of waitstaff, no customers and I kind of stare at various employees. Finally I'm approached by an employee who asks if I'm also set and want to be cashed out, I inform them that I haven't ordered yet and she just walks away. About five minutes later another employee comes up to take my order. I order hot wings and she informs me she'll be back as she forgot she needed to write down my order. She returns with pen/paper in hand and takes my order "hot wings" she returns 5 minutes later telling me I can't order those as it's 15 minutes until 5pm (all you can eat wing deal). I regroup and decide to order "the big hootie" burger . Then as she is entering it into the computer she'll asks what I want on it... puzzled I say "the item on the menu"----yes this was a bad sign. I should have left the place. I stuck around and waited for my order. While it was in fact cheese burger it was not the burger I ordered, at this point I gave up and decided to eat it and get out. Before taking my first bite staff was asking me how was everything... odd since they saw I didn't touch my food, but oh well I persisted. About 3 bits in (two separate waitstaff) asked me to please cash-out since their shifts were changing. I took this as a sign from a higher power to leave and not look back. So I left after attempting to order wings at a wing place and failing, the burger remained on the counter and one customer who will remain at Jake and Joe's when he wants wings. read more
