Expect to wait at the front waiting for a table for 5-10 mins before anyone attends to you even acknowledges you after 9pm. Even if it isn't busy all the employees just look at you and go on about their business just walking around. It's a constant repeat. Hostess was rude when I asked to sit where I could see the LSU game. The girl that seated me put me in the very back of the restaurant where the tv did not have the LSU game showing. I told her I'd sit at the bar so I could see the game and she said she'd change the channel for me. She didn't. I'm at the bar now. Bar tender is nice and attentive. Put the game on the center tv for me when I told her what happened. Food should be good as is usual with all Hooters. Service is always so disappointing at this location and I've visited them multiple times hoping it was just that day. I always want to like hooters because we go to the other closer locations for the nfl. 4/5 outside tv were non operational. We tried to have the girls put the nfl games on and they did try but were not able either reach close enough to the box with the remote or actually do it. This was 11/12/17 (12-3)and neither manger while seeing the girls struggle bothered to help or even talk to us about the issue. A normal Texans and cowboys weekend would make sense due to high volume but neither team played at noon. If this franchise is losing money, look no further than management. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! This was my first visit to Hooters and boy was it a major fail!! To the managers Vinnie and Sarah....you suck as management and should look for a different profession! We waited over an hour to be seated and another hour for our appetizers and additional 30 min for our food. When our food finally came we got pieces at a time so we didn't get to eat our fries with our wings because they came out 20 mins later.! When we asked the waitress to speak with a manager they NEVER came. Ridiculous!! Mind you, we went for a bday dinner so it was not only terrible for a first time customer but it was awful such an awful experience for a bday party. I've been to this location before a coupe years back and this time around was definitely not the same. They must have a new poor manager or management team. The place looked pretty Tun down. Seats were torn and televisions not working. Worst of all food was Bad. The wings literally tasted like day old or days old wings. They were out of certain menu items and the margarita was not that great. NEVER AGAIN! Two customers, both well over 300 lbs each, threatened me because my truck bumper touched theirs. I'm 68 years old 185 lbs.! Really?? I was parked well inside the parking lot strips. Would give no stars but have to give one to rate, we called ahead and asked for a good server since my normal one was not there. IIjad an 11 top due to this being my bday dinner. my two boys did not get drinks for 30 mins it took an hr for the server ( Lexi) to take our order and forever for the food to come out. All of our food came out at different times after my 4 yr old begging Lexi to bring his burgers. The salad my vegan friend order had brown slimmy lettace and was hot, and we were done with our food before two of the sandwiches got to the table. This was the worst birthday dinner ever. Been a few years since I've been to a Hooters restaurant. From what I remember Hooters traditional chicken wings used to be pretty good, curly fries were always fried correctly. NOT at this place, Fries undercooked and cold, chicken wings tasted like the kind you buy at Walmart. Giving this place two stars only because our waitress was new and nice. Went to get wings with the wife and we were greeted by beautiful smiling faces. Our waitress was Madelinee and she was so upbeat and outright GORGEOUS. Husband and I stopped in at Hooters ( next to San Jacinto Harley Davidson) for our favorite wings. We arrived at noon (not smart on our part) so they were a little busy. We were greeted an sat promptly. Our waitress had a table of talkers and was a little slow getting to us. While we sat impatiently waiting to be served, the manager (Arthur) checked to see if we had been served and offered to be our waiter until our waitress was available. Now that is how you run a restaurant to have people return. Our waitress (Ashley) was great once she was able to break away from the chatterbox table. She was professional and attentive. The plate I ordered was a 7 piece hot boneless wings and they weren't that hot for me, although it might vary for other customers. The service was okay, not the best, simply because the lady checked on us once or twice. The food was very tasty and the fries were really good. We have only eaten at this Hooters location a few times and we recently went there again for my brothers graduation party and for the second time disappointed. The first time we went, we ordered an appetizer which didn't come out until AFTER our entrees (which themselves took waaay too long) and nothing was even said about it from the waitress. This last experience we arrived for our reservation (which my mom made for 15-20 ppl) and soon learned that the table they held for us only held about 10-12 at best along with a booth. The whole point of a party is to be able to all sit together. When we spoke with the manager about it, he was anything but helpful. There was another area where they could have moved us to but we had already ordered drinks and apparently it was too much trouble to move us. Basically the manager didn't want to be bothered and actually have to work. So we stayed put and had our party separated. The food took forever again to come out AND came out sporadically over a 15 min time frame!! Not impressed with this location at all and need to get a new manager in there asap!! Horrible service , started off good, but noticed our waiter Sylvia was sitting down and spending extra time with tables of all men and getting there alcoholic drinks much faster then ours (2 guys, 1 girl, 2 small kids) after waiting exactly 1 hour and 10 mins we asked to see the manager, she came and said her kitchen was backed up and she would be discounting our tickets before we left and our food would be out in 10 mins, right after that our waiter comes over and says she forgot to put in our order that's why it's taking so long, and kep walking fast by our table or going around the room to avoid us, maybe she felt like we were a lost tip already why even try, we were super nice about everything and waiting to get our food, but one of the worst customer service experiences ever at a restaurant, note to staff, if you see a fellow waitress overwhelmed with tables , help her out.....will not be coming back to this location ... read more
