I know Hooters is well... Hooters. I wasn't expecting much... The service was terrible. And I normally am not a complainer. The manager of this joint needs to get the waitstaff in line. There is no reason for wings and salad to take over 2 hours. The wings and salad were good... Just took almost an hour to make it to our table. I have been going to the Hooters in Coral Way now for a few months. It all started as a Friday lunch thing, but after meeting Ingrid (Hooter's Girl) it became the routine. The Wings with Honey Thai are the best! Ingrid is my preferred waitress and i have never had any issues in this Hooters. I been to multiple Hooters, and tried this location due to how close I was to it. It has one of the nicest set ups of any Hooters. Like any Hooters, it's a great place to watch football on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was extremely helpful, but the one downfall is its boneless chicken wings. Hooters is so old school by now cant believe they're still around. Came by with friends for dinner on a Tuesday night. There was a lot of people but we got seated quickly. Our waitress was super kind, I can't remember her name, and very pretty too. I was surprised to see they had a spinach and shrimp salad so thats what I went ahead and ordered. $9 for a huge huge salad, seems like they threw the whole bag of spinach on there! Another friend had a smaller salad, there were shrimp tacos, wings, and a mushroom burger which everyone seemed to enjoy. Service was good as she came around often and when my friends salad came around and it was made wrong she fixed it quickly. My only thing was we never ever got water refills. I drank my whole water and two other friends cups who were having beers lol. Not sure that I'll return just because I've found better bar food than this place. I have visited many hooters and come back bc i love the wings and the service. My first waitress at this location hustled and was lovely. When her shift changed and Michelle took over, it was a hot mess. She took forever to get our order, didn't provide a plate for bones or even blue cheese for dipping. Our drink order was wrong, twice... but instead of apologizing, she rolled her eyes and insisted it was right. The two stars for this review are for Kalya who was lovely and Jay the manager who saved the day with the miraculous correct drink order (cap and ginger). read more

Be aware to all customers that may be coming next time but I do not recommend the oysters because when I ate them they tasted great but also they kind of tasted a little bit dirty the oysters could've been a little bit cleaner and the employee ladies were very nice to me and my family but when I ate there the night afterwards I was so sick I couldn't even walk I threw up literally five times throughout the night and I do not recommend going here because my stomach hurts so bad it ruin my entire vacation because I came from New Orleans to Miami to have a good time with my family and now it just ruined my entire time because the next day me and my sister were about to go shopping and we were about to go see Gardens with my mom and I couldn't even go and I was so sick like I passed out on the floor because of how nauseous I was and this place total trash I want my money back! read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE hooters chicken wings and curly fries, and they have been a favorite cheat meal of mine since childhood. I used to frequent the Coconut Grove location (it closed a couple years ago) and I love sitting outside and people watching over a mojito at the Bayside location. I never gave the Miracle Mile location much thought, but after my most recent experience, I seriously had to make a point of writing a stellar review. It was last Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday of all days). It was also my mother's birthday, and she got a sudden craving for - what else? - hooters wings and curly fries. I was certain that they would be totally packed for the big game and that parking would be a total nightmare, but I was not about to deny my mother her birthday wish. So off we went! Upon arriving, we got super lucky and found a spot on the third level of the mall parking lot area - first good sign. Once we rushed down the escalators and made it to the restaurant we had prepared ourselves for what was surely going to be a 45 minute minimum wait. Well let me tell you - the lovely hostess greeted us immediately and cheerfully, and said that she could find a spot for us outside right away. Great sign #2! She immediately showed us outside and gave us our choice of preferred seating, between a big 5 seater and a smaller three seater. We took the 3 seater because frankly, why be greedy and inconvenience another larger party that could be seated promptly as well? From there, we were greeted swiftly by our very friendly waitress, a pretty redhead who seemed to have an Eastern European accent (I wish I could remember her name as she was so sweet and attentive!) she took our order for our wings half breaded and half naked, our curly fries with cheese (duh), and my mom had a beer. Before our food even came we were checked on four different times by a bald young gentleman (manager I assume) and two other waitresses. After our food came, (which was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!) the manager checked on us again and our waitress checked on us more times than I can count. Great sign #3, 4, and 5! At some point I made an excuse to steal away to the bathroom so I could secretly order my mom a dessert with a candle and have them sing happy birthday. I found another waitress who was immediately responsive and more than happy to give me the rundown of all my cake options and assure me she would gather all the girls to come and make a big embarrassing scene for my mom. I went back to my table and a few moments later out rushed a gaggle of hooters ladies all banging plates and singing a really funny totally unconventional hooters version of a happy birthday song. It took my mom a moment to realize they were coming out for her until they plopped a cheesecake down in front of her. She turned super red and laughed until she cried. Long story short, I overtipped and left a note on the check about how much we enjoyed it. So next time we get our craving for chicken wings and curly fries, we will definitely be returning to the Miracle Mile hooters location - and I recommend that anyone else does too! Worst hooters I've ever been to. My buffalo shrimp came out with no buffalo lol, I sent it back then my hubbys wings came.. cold. I got my buffalo shrimp back finally with sauce and the shrimp were cold. Like they just had it sitting in the kitchen and then someone finally decided to toss some sauce on it. Pitiful. I am terribly upset ! I had they worst dining experience possible, the waiter gave me they incorrect salad order, which i promptly asked to have changed. Employees were too busy taking selfies to provide acknowledgment when I entered the place. Had to call a waitress over to place an order and to bring the check. Usually things came to the table without a word said and placed down wherever. Margarita just tasted like chemicals. Chicken wings, no real sauce on them to speak of or flavor. No paper towels in the bathroom (what a cliche). Why is there even a place on checks to leave a tip these days? I did leave one by the way. read more

i am typically not a big fan of hooters, but WOW! the service and girls were great! they truly made my hooters experience a great one, and my server was especially good. i am a regular at the hooters of doral, and i honestly will probably not go back there - why go there when i can go to a nicer place, with an amazing atmosphere, that overall feels MUCH cleaner than doral (and even bayside and coconut grove). my hooters girl was so good, i even called her manager over to tell him what a great job she was doing. good jobs hooters of coral gables! you hired a keeper! read more

well overall it wasn't that great. not really a big fan of attractive women using their bodies to try to flirt bigger tips. the bar tender was good though she was fast. came in at the same time as 3 other guys so I felt bad for her. didn't like how she went along with everything I said would rather see honesty in a waitress or a bartender. the cheese fries were good but the burger and the iced tea sucked. was pleased that they comped my check because I work in the business. probably wont eat at hooters again read more
