We've taken classes starting at the Tiny Tots programs all the way up to the Pre-K level classes. The teachers are all kind and caring and my children have made wonderful friends. They have learned so much during their time here both academically and socially. The curriculum is play-based, but it is still structured enough to be a very beneficial option to assist with transitioning into a traditional Kindergarten environment. The classes take place inside a really neat historic school house and often includes outdoor adventures to the adjacent playgrounds and Frying Pan Farm Park to visit with the animals. I wish my own preschool experience had been this fun!

Our 3 year old just started there as well and if all I have to thank TLVM for is the potty training, which we failed at miserably, I'm happy. Having said that, we have much more to be thankful for. I see him making progress with his fine motor skills and even his confidence and speech have drastically improved! You can't really go wrong with this exceptional school!

There was a lot of waiting-in-line-for-your-turn (didn't experience this at G-Force, Stingrays) and it often felt like the instructor was more interested in chatting with the students and getting them to laugh at his jokes vs teaching them skills. Some staff - high school students - were clearly not ready to be instructors. Jess is fantastic and my child learned a lot from her, but one teacher cannot an entire tumbling program make and we couldn't always get into her classes. We ended up moving to a program with a greater number of strong instructors who focused on clean form and consistent progression. There are better options in Ashburn.

Most people know Adventure Links for their popular camp programs for children and teens. However, they also offer stellar corporate team building programs, which is how I got to know them. About five years ago, as the CEO of a growing company of 20 professionals, I was struggling with how to address some growing pains and spice up our upcoming quarterly retreat. A friend recommended Adventure Links, so I scheduled a meeting with Anna, the CEO. Anna came to my office and interviewed me to understand my business, our challenges, and what I hoped to accomplish. She asked many questions, listened, and took notes. The next week, we took our team of 20 to their retreat location. Anna and her team had put together an all-day agenda of activities that went way beyond simple ropes courses. What surprised and "sold" me on them was how she'd managed to incorporate our growing pains into her exercises in meaningful ways. Sure, we had fun and bonded, but more importantly most of us began to see certain everyday problems in meaningful new ways, with fresh solutions. To this day our team references those exercises like old Seinfeld episodes. After each exercise - some physically challenging and all mentally challenging - Anna would bring us together and help us draw correlations to some of our corporate issues. It helped that she has a sharp wit and great sense of humor. She and her team also knew when to push and put us on the spot to drive home a point. Six months later, we wanted to bring Adventure Links back for another quarterly retreat, but this time due to bad weather we had to do the exercises in our office. They totally pulled it off! The indoor exercises were unique and again gave us a fresh perspective on both issues and people. An example - during one intense exercise where we split into two teams, a junior staff person had a "eureka!" moment with a brilliant solution to a problem, and spontaneously took control of our team, which included several executives. I had no idea this young lady was so intellectually gifted and capable of leadership under pressure. How valuable is that information for an employer? My firm has engaged Adventure Links several times since then, all with success. When my children are old enough, I'll be sending them to the Adventure Links camps...I know they'll learn and have fun. I would like to share my experience here for other parents…read more The main problem is that majority of their coach are high schooler and inexperienced. My daughter attended this gym for eight months, and during that time she didn't improved at all they, have two gym the second gym creation story is written below, After I realized that the management had no real plan for developing gymnasts--their only goal was business. Overcrowded classes with highly inexperienced coaches led me to this conclusion. After my daughter switched to Gym I360 and made significant progress, the management of G-Force took an unethical step by hiring a coach from I360 Gym. Their goal was to bring over all of that coach's students--who had been trained for years under I360's structured program--without making their own long-term investment in skilled coaches and proper gymnast development. Instead of putting in the effort to build their own program, they simply set up a separate training space for the "poached" coach and gymnasts, using them for promotional purposes as if they were a product of G-Force's training. Overall, the management of this gym is extremely unethical.
