Terrible. -You're not allowed to have tongs or move your coals. Heat management's not important I guess. So frustrating. -Bought a $12 bowl + $10 session, charged $35. Mysterious. -Their standard shisha is garbage-tier Al Falkher. -The hookah was incredibly ghosted (tasted all the old, dirty flavors) -Stem .5" in the water (khalil mamoon recommends at very least 1") -Main guy, owner, we had to deal with was a massive prick. -Literally argued with me when I asked for more water in the base. Said, "if I add more water, the bowl will get burned." Brought two more people to argue with me. When I got fed up and asked how that would happen, he pointed at the base and said, "it would happen because it bubbles at the bottom." -Ordering required us to say no to never ending up-sells. It felt like ordering a hookah from a used car salesman. All of these started him on a long-winded explanation that we had to sit through: "$40 to smoke out of a better hookah? It blah blah blah..." No, thank you. "But you can have four people smoke." I hope so, it's four times the price. But no, thank you. There's only two of us. "Would you like better coals? They're all natural and blah blah blah..." Coco Naras? No, thank you. I have six boxes at home. "Would you like a diffuser? It blah blah blah..." No, thank you. I don't need a heba diffuser, plain stem will be fine. "Would you like a disposable hose?" We don't have a hookah with us. "No, it's for our hookah and you can keep it when you're done." No, thank you. A regular hose will be fine. "We'll use the disposable anyway, but we'll just throw it out when you leave." Uh, okay? "What about the starbuzz upgrade package?" What's that? (literally all the things we already said no to, repeated in one package) No, thank you. -Had to explain how to properly foil a funnel bowl. This was completely okay btw, because Leah is amazing and cared enough to fix it. In fact, she was the only reason we stayed at all and made an amazing effort to try and make us happy. One star for hookah2nite. Five stars for Leah. It's fascinating how the other reviews are either like 5-star, amazing or completely awful 1-stars, huh? Went for impromptu date night, and was highly impressed. The place it's self is duck off. Very peaceful and relaxing environment. BYOB is allow ( you pay per person ) which was right up my alley. I came here with a few friends, and at first I was very impressed with the set up. The waiter came to us and said, "hey guys one rule, for every two people you have to order a hookah or pay $5 dollars per person to sit here." Well I don't want to smoke and I just came here to hang out with my friends. So they basically want me to leave because I don't want to order. Pathetic service no wonder the place stays empty. I would understand if it was a weekend and they were actually busy. Almost had their only customers walk out. Unfortunately I cannot respond to a comment but I can edit my review in order to respond to the comment. Reviews are based on the whole experience not just a singular experience, your customer service wasn't worth a negative review, it was a typical hookah place slow with careless service. I'm sad to inform, i didn't experience anything positive about my 2 experiences here. But part of my experience was the ridiculous "completely standard policy" and it has "detoured" most of my friends and family to the many other hookah places that won't charge the non smokers for choosing not to smoke. Sheer is 5 minutes away, they have a nice seating area, equally good hookah, they let the customers keep the tongs in order to move the coals, and the servers are extremely nice. My friends and I smoke hookah 3-4 times a week no one except here charged our none smoking friends. read more

This place is an absolute joke. If you want quality hookah and to be treated like a human, drive the extra miles and go to a actual authentic hookah lounge like Nara Cafe, Cafe Mawal, or Cafe Layal. This wannabe hookah lounge will charge you for anything and everything and the hookah tastes like soap. For one, the hookah is extremely over priced and they charge 5$ extra per person over two people even if they aren't there to smoke. In all my years of going to hookah places, i have never ever heard of this. They treat you like children where you can't even have the tongs to adjust the coals to your liking. You have to wait for a server to come and adjust it. What in the world. There excuse is "HR" prohibits that customer to have possession of the tongs. HR? They literally have only 4 people maybe less working there. The so called manager is a joke too. Y'all need to do better cause this is very unacceptable. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Tarboosh would have been a better option but they have closed and they were terrible. read more

I have been here a couple of times, for starters the music is complete garbage, If you want modern tunes you have to pay an excessive amount for them, spent like $15 trying to have decent music. Great find in the neighborhood. Relaxed environment, friendly staff and great prices on food and drinks. Large spacious area with plenty of seating, board games and pool tables to play while tasting hookah. Really cool place to check out if you want to hang out with your buddies and talk without having loud music over you. Ok seriously, just no... no no no no no no. I hate writing bad reviews but this guy really deserves it. The only good thing about this place was a girl who just working here named Leah. This was my first time here and my friend and I were just looking for a stress free night. And....... here we go, first they make you pay for the hookah hose, and the gimmick is you get to keep the hose when you leave. Its a plastic hose, i don't care about taking it with me. Next the guy who was the "manager" he likes to go by Mo, was a complete scum bag. We asked him to put more water in the hookah and it immediately became evident he had no idea what he was taking about. He brought in 3 fellow employees to try and figure out why we were asking. This guy can't handle conflict or critism on his own. He tried to tell us that by adding more water to the hookah it would burn the bowl. HOW DO YOU BURN THE BOWL???????? His expert explanation was that the bubbling water would travel up the stem and burn the bowl. Need I remind you that we bought the bowl, so its my bowl to burn. He tried to tell us he's been doing hookah for years, also a bad liar. What he didn't know is that my friend lived in the Middle East so he knows a lot about the mechanics of a hookah. The manager seriously tried to argue with us before we shut him down. Then one of the employees, Leah, actually made the effort to address our concerns. We told her how to make it properly and she actually did it better than the lady who was originally packing it. The manager became extremely hostile towards us and ignored is the whole time. He didn't even apologize. This is what happens when you let a 23 year old child run your business. The only reason why I'm giving it any starts is becsuse of Leah. Its not even her business and she made solid efforts to make improvements. By the way, if you're a real yelp user, you'll know the 5 star reviews are fake. I also see that the manager flags all bad reviews as fake. That tells you how petty and childish he is. He also forced us to buy a plastic hose. We told him we wanted a regular hose, and he decided to tell us that everyone gets a plastic house and that it was the regular hose. When smoking it, we tasted other flavors along with the one we bought. This tells me he doesn't clean his stems well. The guy didn't really care about the business or customer experience. He just tried to up-sell on everything. I feel bad for anyone who doesn't know anything about hookahs. He's also selling straight garbage tobacco and cheap foil. read more

There are some really crazy and awesome hookah flavor choices - they're done/packed just right. The owner/operator of this place knows what he is doing; and has some really cool plans for this location. I went in to have some hookah last night; the place was pretty bumping/happening - there was a car meet + the Canelo vs. Khan Fight, so you can imagine the hustle-bustle! BTW you need to try their mint tea - it really compliments their hookah flavors ... also I bought some smoking accessories from their shop (very reasonably priced compared to many other shops I've been to) Overall, I am excited and happy about having a late night hangout spot near home. Super chill ambience. I love the private rooms. The traditional room is really cool and I'd like to try that out one day when I come back. But you aren't allowed to have alcohol in there. Totally understandable though. Mo is really cool, super attentive and hospitable. Given that my friend and I were pretty only guests here, but I liked it. Would definitely come back again. I had the cool lemon berry one. I'm not sure if that's the name but Mo recommended it and I enjoyed it. They do BYOB for $5 a head. Not too loud either which I like. read more

We stopped in here on a Sunday evening on a whim from out of town and I love this place. The entire set up is awesome. They have different private themed rooms and the areas are very loungy and comfy. Its BYOB which is a plus and the hookahs were affordable and very good. Great flavor options and lasted for 2 hours. We Will definitely be back. I love how they are keeping their lounge more traditional and chill versus how so many other places make their lounges like mini clubs! Love it. read more

This is a great chill spot to come to. I have a great time each time I come here. They're byob plus serve small bites to eat even late at night! I'd recommend the pepperoni cheese bites and beef samosas. They're delicious! I love the different theme rooms. I always end up in the room with the pool table. They also have games like Cards Against Humanity. They have TVs, but I wish they would play something else other than ESPN though. Not everybody likes sports. This place is LEGIT. They have a BYOB policy I love that, they have separate rooms with different themes and a Billiard room as well. The MINT TEA is delicious. We tried potion #9 and we loved it. They have a whole wall full of flavors though. The owner of this place is so attentive and even asked us what music we want to listen to. Man overall the best place I've ever been to. Went on a Saturday night and nobody was there but the owner's friends and the furniture looked like dollar store quality, so those were red flags but we decided to try it anyway. Overpriced, hookah not worth the cost AT ALL. Still went with it, but we grew aggravated when the owner would not let us move the coals (no other hookah place does that). We had to move them because the hookah wasn't even hitting well, so once he saw he asked us why we moved it and sounded annoyed. Claims he's been in the business for 12 years (but somehow has no customer base and terrible hookah). we had to pay at the end (owners rules) and found out he tacked on a sitting fee.. seriously?! Anyway, I refuse to go back or allow anyone else to go through that frustration. read more
