Great place for Hookahs and food. The staff is great - Alfred is always on top of the operation and very attentive with the Hookah service. Will go back for sure! The food selection is simple, but very tasty and well prepared. We love the multiple TV screens on the walls- sometimes showing several sports games at the same time. This is our spot to come to for a bit of relaxation after a night of drinking. Parking is found on the streets in the nearby neighborhood. Walk in, get carded and get a wristband if you're drinking. We got seated promptly. There's an option of seating indoors or outdoors. I prefer outdoors. It doesn't feel too secluded. I usually like sitting next to the lamps on a cold day. As for the menu, I don't really care for anything unless it's hummus and a beer to go with the hookah. The flavors are good. Good selection. I usually go for the tropical fruity ones because they're good. It's smooth and gives you a nice high. Food and beer is a bit expensive like any bar. Atmosphere is pretty chill. Crowd is usually ranging from young 20s to young 30s. Servers were nice and attentive. The hookah guy finally got around to changing our coals. My only gripe is the bathroom. For such a space, there's only one bathroom for every sex. There could be a line so wait patiently. Other than that, it's a good place to come and chill/kick it. Would I come back? Sure. I've been coming here for years now, and the service has always been ok but never exceptional (there is hookah places with worse service in the area) but today I've never been so upset on how the staff handled things. I walk in with a friend which is a disabled veteran of the United States Marine Corp. who lives his day to day life with a support dog. Going many places with him over the years its usually no big deal, sometimes the staff will ask if its a support dog or not but usually not a big deal wherever we go regardless of malls restaurants gyms etc... As soon as we say its a support dog that's usually the end of the conversation. Not today! As soon as the waitress saw the dog (on a leash) she said very aggressively said "we don't allow dogs you have to leave" Surprised as I wasn't expecting aggression from anyone like that off the bat I informed her its a Service Dog. She said it must have a tag this isn't a service dog, I said no it doesn't have to have anything, its an emotional support dog. In the middle of all of this my friend the guy who risked his life in the desserts defending our freedoms for the last 6+ years was turning red embarrassed because she was so loud that other customers started starring at us. Especially for someone who's been the big guy all of his life now needs the emotional comfort of this dog to keep him normal. Rather than to keep going back and forth with this untrained employee, we chose to leave because all of the embarrassment she had caused already. This is the most god awful hookah lounge I've ever had the misfortune of coming to. I've been twice, and both times I've left wishing I'd just stayed at home and twiddled my thumbs for an hour, because that's basically what I paid to here while sitting in front of severely unsalvageable hookah. They have a security guard at the entrance who checks IDs. This makes me feel like I'm coming to an 18+ nightclub. The service is essentially nonexistent. If you get lucky, your server might glance at how it's going before they walk past you, otherwise, you'd better hope you ordered everything you needed that first and only time you saw them (before they come to scoop up the bill of course). Maybe it's a daytime hookah lounge (if there even is such a thing)? I skimmed some other reviews and got the feeling that they offer better service in the daytime but on busy nights get a little cheeky and take their customers for granted. read more

And the hookah guys (Masis, Harut, Justin, Hovo, and Nike ) very fun people to be around! Always asking if we need anything.. It's never boring and the place gives a cozy vibe both the inside area and out! They even have a dj playing on the weekends and some weekdays(dj twins)..
