Four stars as I had a flight and one of the beers keg blew as it was being poured. Basically served a glass of foam I was told would settle down. For a tasting flight I would've expected a new beer as this one turned out very flat. Overall the experience was really nice, but probably not driving that far off the 80 to try again. I really appreciate that they are willing to take some chances. Some may turn out better than others, but the variety is nice. I'm really enjoying the Island Lager at the moment. Staff is always wonderful. I wish I knew more names, but Andrea and Nick are especially fun to be around. Still a variety of bands and food trucks to check out while here. Multiple trucks on many weekend days. Some trucks come from as far out as Napa. One small complaint...The Wife and I really enjoyed the Music Bingo on Thursday nights. We were sad to see that go. The service has been friendly & welcoming. & yeah, I like the beers. For me, Solano Brewing Company is 1 of the better breweries in the Vacaville/ Dixon/ Davis region.
