Others on line had the same piece of mail while Ms. Postal woman took her sweet time chatting with one of her customers for three minutes too long. I had to say something like "where are all the postal workers at" then the customer left stage right. It didn't get any better but at least it moved. It wasn't even exactly lunchtime and they definitely need more workers here to man the post and get people moving. I'll definitely never come to this location again.

I was tired of going around chasing different sized boxes and mailers so I looked around and found this gem! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They package and tape up your item to ship out. I've never had a bad experience. Cheaper options and quality materials used. The only issue sometimes is parking as it is very limited. Would recommend to anyone looking for shipping services.

I originally knew the Hayakawa's when they owned and operated the location, and when Byron purchased the business from them, that same level of personal service and trust continued. I've known Byron since he took over, and he has never let me down. Byron is awesome. He genuinely cares about his customers, always goes the extra mile, and I've really enjoyed the many conversations we've had throughout the years. I also love how involved and integrated he is in the Montebello community. He doesn't just operate a business here -- he is part of the community. I can confidently say that I feel completely comfortable and secure having my mail and packages delivered here. There is tremendous peace of mind knowing your important mail and packages are being received at a place you know and trust. I highly recommend Montebello Package & Ship, whether you need a private mailbox, shipping services, or simply want the security of knowing your packages and mail are in good hands, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Byron and his team to anyone.

My transaction was fairly easy but I did notice that this location also has a self-checkout Amazon drop off. The staff is very attentive and patient! I noticed how they assisted customers with different type of drop offs that were time consuming. Save yourself time by making sure you have everything properly wrapped and labeled correctly. If you have an email with shipment instructions, make sure you have it handy. Don't be afraid to ask for help. And of course, ask for a receipt to show proof of shipment. They'll email and text you saying your freight is 'out for delivery,' they'll show you an ETA, they'll even display a live driver‑tracking screen -- and it's all complete nonsense. None of it is real. They do not deliver when they say they will. I took a personal day off work -- an actual loss of income -- just to make sure I was home so thousands of dollars' worth of goods weren't left sitting outside. And when the delivery window passed with no truck in sight, I called Customer Service. That was another waste of time. They claimed they couldn't reach dispatch, said they'd 'escalate' the issue, and promised a call back within 24 hours to reschedule. They provided no reason for the missed delivery, and could not explain in any way why it was not delivered. Completely unacceptable. I don't have unlimited time to burn waiting around for a company that can't meet its own commitments. Their incompetence cost me an entire day of work for absolutely nothing. I cannot express in words allowable on this platform how disappointed I am. I will never do business again with anyone associated with this company.
