I explained what happened and the manager seemed to lack basic customer service skills necessary for this situation. She advised to call back at close when the drawer was counted, so I did. She was short and demeaning with me on the phone explaining that the drawer was not over. I explained again what had happened and she asked why I would give the cashier two $20 bills for a $13 order. If she had listen the first two times I explained she would have known it was an accident on my behalf but I was hopeful of the employees trustworthiness that everything would work out. I was treated as incompetent abd a liar after coming to this location for years. I asked for the general manager to contact me, but they are on vacation and won't be back for another week. I understand how this works, it'll be swept under the rug, I won't hear back, and I'm out $20. However, I felt the need to voice my opinion, regardless

From the food to the drinks to the service, every single detail is outstanding. On my first visit, I tried the fried green tomatoes, the famous chicken & waffle nachos, and the Bleu Monday burger with sweet potato fries each dish was so good that I found myself planning my return before I even left. Sure enough, the next day I was back and had the ridiculously delicious smoked Gouda shrimp mac, maple bacon Brussels sprouts, fire-roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese, and the chimmied fries. Absolutely phenomenal. The fried green tomatoes have officially become my standard nobody else compares now. The Samurai Jack salad so fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. The drinks deserve their own spotlight. The Breakfast Club with a Sidecar is a must try, and the Basilto All Flavors series (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry) is out of this world, blueberry was my personal favorite. Creative, refreshing, and perfectly crafted. The RailYard is the kind of place that makes you excited to come back again and again. The vibe is cool, the staff/manager Brad is friendly and attentive, and the food is truly next level. Whether you're a student at Bluefield State or just passing through town, this place is an absolute must. The RailYard sets the bar high for food, drinks, and atmosphere in West Virginia. Worth every single visit and then some.

Such a good selection of sandwiches, salads and pizza. We got an order of onion rings to start off with. They were delicious with there house sauce. I ordered Camp Creek Club with house made chips. It was on toasted sourdough bread with a hearty helping of ham, turkey, crisp bacon, lettuce and thick slices of tomato (I opted to leave off the cheese and mayo). The Ham and Turkey were not deli meat but actual pieces of sliced ham and turkey! My husband ordered The Nate which is a fried bologna sandwich. It came with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mustard. The sandwiches were huge and very good!. He finished half of my half and I got the other half to take home for dinner. We had to save some room for the ice cream. Half of the restaurant is the diner and the other was ice cream and cake. There was plenty of choices of both! It was good creamy ice cream. Annie, our server was wonderful and the young man at the ice cream side was so delightful. It was very clean inside and out. This was a definite good lunch stop!
