Pictures make this location seem like a more hip and modern coffee option in the Smokey Mountain area, but honestly it was a fairly run down and dimly lit. It's a pretty small, cramped cafe with little seating. The staff was nice, but a little quiet and offish. Would recommend if you're nearby, but honestly we liked some of the other local, more quaint shops better during our stay. read more

We visited because we had so time to waste. We had our dachshund with us on this trip. When we asked if it was ok to bring her in with us we were told "we would be insulted if you didn't bring her in"! Jazzy was immediately offered a dog biscuit which she loved. Stopped here on the way out of Gatlinburg. Ordered a latte and a muffin. They didn't brew espresso for the latte. They just pulled a pitcher of iced coffee out and mixed it with milk. That's not a latte. As a result the "latte" was incredibly weak. The muffin was horrible and had a texture like sand had been mixed into the batter. You'd be better off stopping at Starbucks. read more

Based in Knoxville, they roast their own coffee beans and offer a selection of gluten free treats. I tried the iced Brown Sugar Latte and an oatmeal cream pie. The BSL was divine. Exactly what I needed with just a hint of sweetness. The oatmeal cream pie was delicious. It was hard to believe that it was gluten free, but it was! Fantastic lil caffeine spot with a smart modern atmosphere, friendly staff, simple and perfect menu, original house made syrups instead of the trashy mass produced factory sugar goo, and priced well for the ideal hot or iced cup to jolt up the day. I tried both the honey lavender and brown sugar which turned into a brown sugar vanilla as they ran out of syrup! One of my keen senses for determining the quality of any coffee these days is how well the blend ages. Every big chain and most others too rarely pass my sitting test which just lets the brewery beverage sit for a few hours to see if the syrup separates and ends up a sticky sludge on the bottom of the cup leaving tasteless dull coffee to drink. I am excited to point out an entire afternoon and night left both my lattes without any separation at all which is amazing by any amateur Yelp reviewer standards. It's quality barista prowess like we got here that'll hopefully help this chain to expand easily into other cities and serve up master made drinks. read more

We are visiting from out of town and found this place on Yelp. Only 43 reviews? It deserves 100+! I got a cinnamon Chai and a cold brew latte and they were amazing. I also got a cream cheese pastry and a ham and cheese pastry. The ham and cheese was served warm and the perfect snack to start the day. The cream cheese pastry was delicious and very filling.
