The staff is great. They are super nice & pretty fast. The espresso is delicious. Though, I must admit that the flavor is diluted as a latte. I recommend an iced cappuccino if you prefer a coffee forward drink. I love it with the brown sugar syrup! I like trying the seasonal flavors, especially since they make syrups in house. My favorite right now (spring 2026) is the banana bread latte. Parking does get tight during peak hours, but something always opens up or you could try the neighboring lots if you're doing a quick stop.

The cortado was delicious. Very good drink. My friend got a BOAT (brown sugar oatmilk latte) and that was also very good. I ordered a honey lavender matcha after and that was also very good! I really enjoyed the 1776 that has sea salt toffee, caramel and mocha. I have a sweet tooth and love coffee so it was a great match for me. I also tried the Horchata Latte, which was a bit watery and didn't have enough cinnamon and vanilla flavor for me. My family did enjoy their Black Coffee, Vanilla Cold Brew, and Green Tea. We wanted to try their Honey Chai but they ran out of Chai. Notes: We came in the morning and they were busy with line almost to the door. They managed through the long line fairly quickly with a person at register and two baristas making the coffee. Service was friendly and accurate given my families long list of orders. My husband went with a latte (which they did some very cute seasonal latte art on) and I went with a cold brew. The cold brew was SO good! It was excellent. Kind of chocolately and a little bourbony maybe? It reminded me of a discontinued barrel aged roast we used to get from our favorite Michigan roaster. I regret not asking what beans they used so I could order some later online to make some at home! Alas, I missed my window. But it made a huge impression on me. Not being a college football follower I didn't realize that Tennessee has a big rivalry with UGA (where we were headed next!). So the barista schooled us on the history and informed us that they had their big rivalry game in town the next day (luckily we were going in the opposite direction of everyone coming in for the game!) which explained a bit of the liveliness we saw on the streets and in our hotel. The staff was super friendly, the inside was super clean, all the things you'd hope for in a coffee shop. It was also nice to not feel herded along like you would at a Starbucks or donut shops that happen to sell coffee.
