The place is small but if you had time, you could definitely enjoy your snack inside. The two women working there were very pleasant and friendly. We ordered a chai latte hot for me, a cold chai latte for my son and my wife ordered a caramel macchiato. To be clear, we were there for my wife. She loves coffee but it is a rare thing when she finds coffee that she likes. More often than not, we go to a promising coffee shop and it falls short. When my wife's face lit up with a smile after her first sip of her caramel macchiato, I was thrilled! There are few things prettier than my wife smiling from joy or, in this case having a great cup of coffee. Since we were in a chocolate shop, I had to order at least a piece of chocolate. The flavors were all different and quirky but it was the apple caramel that caught my fancy. It didn't disappoint!! The buttermilk old fashioned had a similar greasy flavor and not the tang I'd expect from this type of donut. The Pączki was just a minimally filled jelly donut...and the dough was very greasy. Normally, the dough is more bready and has a more rich flavor. The ones I've always eaten in the past are heavily filled. This place seems like it has potential but it just lacks the quality or personality I'm looking for in a local gem. Nothing was awful but nothing was great either.

I dunno, the barista never approached or asked if I had any questions and just generally gave the vibe that she'd rather not be helping me. It didn't feel very welcoming, but she wasn't outright rude, either. Still, coffee is the most important thing, and in that regard they absolutely delivered!

They didn't even come up to take me order for 5 minutes in order to finish their conversation. And lastly the quality of coffee is terrible, the drinks are never made right and taste either bitter or like straight milk.

Likewise Coffee is a fantastic spot to grab a coffee, study, or just relax. The space is thoughtfully designed with multiple rooms, plenty of seating, and lush live plants throughout, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Their cappuccinos are the best-priced in Knoxville, making high-quality coffee accessible. Parking is convenient, with plenty of spots to the right of the building, and the space is fully wheelchair accessible. On top of all that, the owner donates part of the proceeds to support underprivileged women--making every cup feel even more meaningful. Highly recommend! read more

I created a yelp account specifically to write this review. The whole experience absolutely changed my life- and I'm not even exaggerating. The fantastic cherry chai I ordered was the best gift I ever got in my life, including all of my past Christmases and birthdays. The ambience itself also provided me with feelings of awe, love, and joy. Can I move in please?!?! It is also important to note that I loved being able to order my drink with "no ice" (supporting anti ICE measures) because the only ice I want is in my beautiful chai. I cannot recommend any place higher. read more
