Great brunch place!!!! We were in town for family visit over the holidays and came here for breakfast. We were a large group and they were very accommodating. They took great care of us. We ordered a couple of mimosas and they were super tasty! Coffee was strong. The Saturday morning pancakes were amazing and so much fun! My young dining companion got a kick out of eating them. The serving was huge too! My friend and I shared a couple of entrees, the Benny at the Bailey and the 600 miles to Denver Omelette. Both of these entrees were great with the omelette just a bit better because of the sauce on top. It had a delightful kick that pushed this entree over the top! And the potatoes..... hands down the best breakfast potatoes I've had! These spuds are addictive!!!! Eat with caution! Lol This place is a great find and we look forward to returning when we're back in town!

Honeybee was such a nice surprise brunch spot. A group of 5 of us stayed at the airbnb just next door at Bijou. we found this place in the morning. Ambience was light, airy, elevated. the light, honeycomb themed design of the place works. There wasn't a hectic feel, which was nice given they were running at full capacity. Service from everyone was nice, relaxed. And the food hit the spot . The menu was American breakfast focused, but had surprising variety. I had no idea I ordered pork shoulder nachos for example when I got the Chilaquiles. the group were fans of the steak and eggs x2, Benedict at the Bailey (you get two Benedict's!), and the classic breakfast. and there was an UBE! roll they offered for dessert the table next to us showed us. we would've gotten it if we weren't in a rush to check out of the airbnb. Overall this is such a pleasant brunch spot, in lil Humboldt, Kansas.

Charming little spot in downtown Humboldt with a sweet ambiance -- perfect for brunch. Fantastic food and service and excellent coffee.

Just a taste of the cool ambiance in this restaurant!

My wife and I love this place. No restaurant in southeast KS can match this place for it's ambiance and menu. Everything on the menu is special. You'll just have to come in and try it. You won't be disappointed!!

Big city food a little city prices!!! Not a single meal has disappointed....the quiche, the BLT, the brioche French toast, the UBE cinnamon rolls....the fresh ambiance!! I love seeing my small hometown grow and have some incredible cuisine to grow with it!

Adorable counter at the bruncherie - note the Boylan soda fountain!

A brunch time gem tucked into the picturesque town square of Humboldt. Inventive menu with winners in both the sweet and savory columns. The ube cinnamon rolls hit the spot, and the potatoes are a must-have. Plus great coffee, tea and fresh-squeezed OJ!

The food was excellent, and so was the service. I wish there were more to do in Humboldt.

The food, service and ambiance are all amazing. I recommend the chilaquitos (sp?) on their lunch menu, I'm still craving them.

I make sure to stop here every time I am headed to Kansas City from Dallas. Drinks/food: I love that they have a "drink suggestions" jar in case you're wanting to try something new or, you're in for the first time and can't decide on something. They brew local coffee from other Kansas City spots too & there are a variety of pastries as well. The atmosphere: very "open mic" / cozy book store type. There is always somewhere to sit, from tables to couches.

It was lovely inside with plenty of folks waiting for their coffee and food orders. Large space with even more space as you wander thru it. I ordered a small, hot oatmilk latte which is my go-to coffee beverage and it cost $6. I wish I could say I enjoyed it but I pretty much drank it as quickly as possible so I could get my caffeine fix. I couldn't put my finger on why the taste wasn't as pleasant as it should be - the coffee grounds had a slight burnt taste to it and honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the coffee in general. Contributing to my lack luster experience was the drab demeanor of the barista who took my order. I don't like giving less than stellar reviews but the point of yelp is to review your particular experience and this is mine.

This review is for lunch at Noon on a Tuesday…read more coffee: This serious coffee shop. Although we are not coffee people, this is clearly a very credible set-up. If coffee is your thing, this is your place. service: Everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful. Excellent recommendations and attentive service. food: Based on staff recommendations, my wife had the club panini with pasta salad and I had the chicken salad with chips. Both sandwiches were prepared to order and served quickly. My wife bought a couple of cookies from the case near the cashier. Everything we had was excellent. space: We didn't expect to find such a cool space. This is a former storefront with high, pressed tin ceiling and what appears to be original flooring. In addition, it's great to see such a cross section of diners. The place has a welcoming neighborhood vibe. There are shirts, ceramics, and other items for sale along one wall. details: Downtown Parsons has plenty of surface parking both along Main Street and in a public parking lot on the North side of the building. There were diners at every table; however, some tables are large so we shared with another person.

First for 8 bucks, the sandwich had barely any salad in it. did not come with tomato or lettuce and no cheese? This place would be so awesome if they had more variety with choices and not scrimp on what they put between two slices of bread. Highly disappointed to say the least. However, the staff is awesome and friendly and makes up for the weak sandwiches. I want to show this place how to make an awesome sandwich!
