After trying a couple different A/V Companies that don't respond, I came across Neal with Audio Visual Design & Integration. I called Neal after reading his reviews and now I know why they are all 5 Stars!! Yesterday , we discussed the issues I was having over the phone and Neal was here in about a half hour. His diagnosing of the problems was amazing! It was a 3 hour service that was just one small step and then another small step, but finally everything worked right again. Neal was more than fair and really I don't know what I would have done without him and his knowledge to fix a multitude of problems. I would not hesitate to call Neal for his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for Great service at a Fair price. PS: I also called Neal today for a couple of minutes and got some good advice that helped with another issue that came up.

Rick and David just finished installing my new Sharp 80" TV at my high rise apartment. Even without the 1 year guarantee they offer on their work, I would have highly recommend them. :-)

They ran…read moreextra cable for future use where I wanted it, helped me tidy up a lot of messy wiring that was around, and did a nice job using existing can lights so the only holes that had to be cut were in the garage. They were the third low voltage/security camera company I called in Las Vegas, which I found by looking at Yelp reviews. The first company said that they don't really recommend IP cameras, which is insane. The second company said that they only do jobs where they provide the cameras, they don't work with customer provided cameras. Smart Tech was the third I called, and they came out and did a long walkthrough/discussion of the job and provided a free estimate. I think the biggest reason to recommend them is because of all the finishing details they did on all the different aspects of the project. They cut a hole in the garage for access, but they let me give them dimensions for an access panel that I would order and cover the hole with, so I didn't just have a random sized hole to deal with. They terminated all the ends of some extra ethernet cable that wasn't going to be immediately used, they ran extra cable, and a bunch of other miscellaneous extras that really improved the end result over what I would have gotten from another installer.

Cameras, remote security and being able to use our phones from wherever we're at, is a huge plus to us. We contacted Craig and his entire company is amazing! Even though they did not need to they have helped me figure out the entire system and when I had a separate issue that is not related to our security system and mentioned it Craig was able to help us out... I wish there were more people like him and his entire crew. We cannot recommend and thank this company enough! Trustworthy, honest and reliable.

Craig Speirer from Dynatel was amazing!…read more We wanted our flat screen hung on the wall above our fireplace which was also opposite of the master shower plumbing. Geek squad wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole because of the water and wiring and gas being so close, but Craig's guys did it in a perfectly safe manner without any issue. He also installed an amazing THX style surround sound system mounting all the speakers in the ceiling (and re-wiring what the Pulte M&M Electric guys had done since M&M had set up the TV to be on a completely different odd wall-very annoying). It integrates cox cable, Apple TV, Roku, Blue Ray, and our music library. The video entertainment system can be controlled with our One Harmony remote (no more 5 different remotes and he set up our smart phones/iPad with an app to do it all as well). All the equipment is hidden in the hall closet and laundry room. So simple, my kids can easily use it and my wife loves it. He also set up remaining speakers throughout the house and in the backyard to be on the Sonos system. This system allows us to play completely different music in every room via Pandora, iTunes, Sirius, Amazon Music, etc. At any point the music station or playlist be added to any other room, multiple rooms or played throughout the house. All controlled thru the iPad/iPhone. No knobs on the walls. Yes-my wife can listen to Howard Stern while getting ready in the master bathroom and I can listen to another Sirius station in the bedroom at the same time, and my kids can listen to Kidz Bop upstairs. At any time these rooms can be merged onto the same station to play the same thing at the exact same time. Dynatel also put an intercom system in that is really helpful - has a monitoring feature that we use for our baby and the system works great to page the whole house when trying to get the kids to come for dinner. :) He pricing was comparable to other quotes that we got, but the system/features/package/integration and service that we got from Craig was WAY BETTER!!!!

First Impressions and Integrity are paramount especially with companies that are promoting…read more'security/safety' as the crux of their business. Per the YELP communication which is what one should do with companies you've never worked with before. I scheduled and confirmed a scheduled window . Those "windows" are for a reason: to allow the company trying to attain ones business a window for tardiness. My window with this company was from 1200 - 1400. They showed up at my doorstep at 1446 there were two men one wearing a black shirt and the other (who appeared to be the lead) in an OD green shirt. As soon as I approached the door confused by their arrival; the lead immediately began fast talking "oh your (my name) and were looking for blah blah blah?" My first response was "did I schedule an appointment with you?" The Lead, "yes that's why were here. Me: I recall asking for 12-2pm. The lead: you didn't get my message, I called you and told you we were going to be 30 minutes late. Me: Really? Hmmm let me check. As I walked away and went to check, The Lead: we don't have to be here we can just leave. My thoughts: REALLY! This is what you want your first impression to be? I ignored his sass and looked at our communication through YELP and confirmed as I remembered, , , not how he was trying to gaslight me, It showed (per screenshot) I asked for the the 1200-1400 window, scheduled it and showed a confirmed appointment for 1200-1400. I stepped outside, Me: just as I thought, it shows confirmed from 1200-1400 with no other follow up message and you said though how? You were going to be 30 minutes late? It's 2:46 PM and you've disrupted me right in the middle of another appointment. (BTW it was one of MY clients). The lead: well we'll just leave thank you. (He had the audacity to be upset by his own incompetence, the nerve!) Not once was their any accountability nor responsibility for his true lack of communication, lying by trying to gaslight, and no apology for the disruption to my appointment. Let this be a clear assessment: if this is their first impression, , , it's a clear indication to how they operate and if this is how they operate, this should be a huge red-flag warning to not even consider them. This was completely unacceptable and if the owner try's to respond, , , no matter the excuse, that is exactly what it is an excuse which should have never happened.
