I wish they would revert the menu back to the way it used to be. The default drink should not be a special. If I want to have an oolong milk tea with boba, it rings up as a special and they add in the notes that I just want the milk tea, and then they add the charge for boba on top of the price of an already specialty drink price. And the cashier always looks at me confused and has to ask for help to figure out how to put in a milk tea with boba at a boba shop... I like to tip but when I'm getting charged $9.50 for a plain milk tea with boba, having to pay over $10 total for the simplest classic boba order does feel bad. Also, the point system makes no sense, and the points expire. I don't live in Anchorage but I literally try to come here as often as I can. There's no reason for the points to expire considering how much you have to spend to get a credit. It's an easy fix and I would really like it if they changed those couple things.
