I wish they would revert the menu back to the way it used to be. The default drink should not be a special. If I want to have an oolong milk tea with boba, it rings up as a special and they add in the notes that I just want the milk tea, and then they add the charge for boba on top of the price of an already specialty drink price. And the cashier always looks at me confused and has to ask for help to figure out how to put in a milk tea with boba at a boba shop... I like to tip but when I'm getting charged $9.50 for a plain milk tea with boba, having to pay over $10 total for the simplest classic boba order does feel bad. Also, the point system makes no sense, and the points expire. I don't live in Anchorage but I literally try to come here as often as I can. There's no reason for the points to expire considering how much you have to spend to get a credit. It's an easy fix and I would really like it if they changed those couple things. Menus at bubble tea shops can be overwhelming with all the choices, but here it's well-organized: photos and descriptions of the drinks with numbers for easy ordering. Staff are very welcoming and can help you decide what to order if you need recommendations. I had the lychee Jazzy Mist with lychee jelly. I went with 75% sweetness since that's what is recommended. It ended up being too a little sweet for my liking, so I would just order a lower sweetness level next time. Despite that I did enjoy the flavor and the texture of the jelly. I look forward to coming here next time I'm in town and sampling more of the menu!

Seems like the twitterverse answered my prayers lol. When I went there was only a few cars in front of me, but the line for this spot can get long considering there's only one window. The barista was friendly & efficient. She helped answer my questions, and my drinks were ready within a reasonable amount of time. The longest part about waiting will just be getting to the window. I ordered the Thai treat (Thai tea with creme brûlée) & added boba, cookie monsta (blended drink with cookies & creme & cheese cream), and the mud man (dark chocolate iced mocha, chocolate drizzle). Each drink was delicious, and reasonably priced. The Thai tea was excellent; some of the best I've had in Anchorage. The boba pearls were fresh and perfectly chewy. I loved the added sweetness of the creme brûlée. The cookie monsta was definitely a dessert drink, and so tasty. The cheese foam being blue was fun. The mocha drink I thought was going to sweeter, but it was still a refreshing sip. Definitely for someone who doesn't want a super dessert like drink. This shop has some super creative drinks, and they have a great variety of milk based or fruit teas. There are generally 2 sizes to choose from, and there's also a good list of add ins/toppings.
