I have always had a pleasant experience at this Honey Jam location. I have tried different breakfast dishes from my visits, and they have all been satisfying. I love how fluffy they make their pancakes. My daughter agrees with me on this. The last time I had brunch here, I had a sweet potato and chorizo skillet. It was delicious. My horchata coffee was perfect too. The place is neat, the service is efficient and pleasant, but parking can be challenging (especially on the weekends). I would definitely come back here for brunch and try different dishes...always with a side of pancakes though :)

The wait time to be seated was so fast! Our serve was so nice and kept checking up on us which was great customer service. We ordered our food and it came out less than 20 mins it was so fast for the amount of people that were there eating. The ambiance was nice I love the amount of the restaurant and it was clean! The restrooms were clean as well. The staff were all nice and we got an omelette (Veggie) and the horchata coffee which was really good! My niece got the chicken Cobb salad and surprisingly it was delicious with lots of flavor with a horchata shake! It's a family friendly restaurant and would highly recommend to anyone!

Met some friends here today. Was there early and was not overly busy. We were seated and waitress took our order. Ordered simple breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, and hash browns. Meal arrived rather quickly. Thought this was good. Well it was luke warm. Asked for syrup several times. I should have sent back. But at this point, I was sorta done. Originally we were to meet at other location, but went to this one instead. Next time we will try the other location which was recommended highly.

Met a friend here for breakfast at 9am on a Sunday. I couldn't order an alcoholic beverage because it wasn't 10am due to the town's ordinance. Our food arrived very shortly after ordering, by 10am we were ready to leave. We both created our own skillets, mine with pancakes and Kathleen chose fruit. Our server was nice, the food was good. It was very busy but the noise wasn't very loud, we could still hold a conversation comfortably.

A more elevated Dennys? A little more modern inside but sloppy service -accompanied with a generic crayon and coloring placemat for kids. We ate here for breakfast and the menu is overwhelming ... so look in advance if you are the hangry type! I switched my mind at least 4 times. - I think they have some unique option, but also the classics. They really have something for everyone. The strawberry cheesecake French toast was my favorite. And order the OJ - Fresh squeezed orange juice is worth every penny. They offer savory or sweet crepes, skillets, scrambles, a variety of Benedict's, pancakes, waffles- you name it. I would come back to try some other food from menu but nothing was good enough to come back for except the French toast.

Today I visited Honey Jam Cafe. There's multiple locations in Illinois. I've visited the Downers Grove location a few years ago, but today we're trying out the latest location in Oakbrook. The hubby got a create your own omelette with pancakes and I got the strawberry orange juice with a steak skillet with cinnamon roll pancakes. Overall the food was good, but we did have an issue with our server. First - she didn't greet us or tell us Happy New Year. Literally as I was taking off my coat before sitting down, she was already asking what we wanted to drink. We hadn't yet sat down to go over the menu! Secondly, she messed up the bill by adding our total as well as another customers. Thankfully the manager caught it and fixed it before we paid at the front. I'm going to give this restaurant 4 / 5 stars for the food. 3 stars for service and for the experience 3.5 - only because the manager assisted us. If I decide to go to Honey Jam Cafe again, it will definitely be a different location.

Had a solid brunch at Honey Jam! The parking lot is kind of a nightmare on the weekends. I opted to park at Wendy's rather than sit and wait for someone to leave for a spot to open up. Got seated quickly in the back! I will say with the garage doors closed in the winter and the heater blowing it can get really loud in there. We started off with an order of the biscuits which were tasty with both the honey butter and jam. Our food came out super quick - like 5 minutes after we ordered and only a few minutes after we got our biscuits! I ordered the New Mexico skillet and got a side of chocolate chip pancakes. Portion size was great and everything was delicious!

On a girls trip and we were going somewhere else but decided to stay close to our hotel. We walked in and were greeted by Abby who was so bubbly and welcoming. This set the tone for our beautiful experience But our waitress Jennifer was amazing! She gave great recommendations on coffee and meals. The food was exceptional. The caramel macchiato was superb. I'll of u go for the pumpkin potato pancakes get them! They were the best I ever had. But I can't sing the praises of Jennifer our waitress enough. She was knowledgeable of the menu, sweet, accommodating, and her customer service skills are unmatched! Side note the coffee cups are too cute!

First time trying this chain. Pleasantly surprised with how packed the place. A cozy, bustling environment. The server was amazing. Very attentive and fast. The food also came quickly and was piping hot. I enjoyed my Jays Iron Man omelette with a fruit cup and English muffins. Happy to see an omelette with cheese as a default. The omelette was large and the salsa was Smokey and flavorful. The English muffin was toasted crispy on the outside and soft inside. They also had my fav Dickinson's jam. The fruit cup was okay, not a huge fan of pineapple and grapes. The only downside was the beverages. They only offer 2% or almond milk. The coffee and orange juice felt watered down.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places. The food and service is always on point. I never had an issue when I come here. My favorite on the menu is the Raspberry White Chocolate Pancakes. Unlimited Coffee. The servers are always friendly and attentive to each table. Yes, I highly recommend this place. Thanks again to my server Julian.

Overall, this was a great brunch spot! We got a variety of food as well as some cold brew coffee. The signature honey buns with cinnamon butter and jam were delicious! Overall, the food was great. I will say our service was not the best. This place was busy for a typical Sunday brunch, however, even given that our waiter hardly checked in with us and missed a few items as well. I wouldn't let that deter you because overall this is a very fun and delicious spot. They also have a huge parking lot.

Both drinks were really pretty in color and nicely presented. For food, we ordered the Million Dollar Bacon--it's a very specific flavor, but not bad at all. The brown sugar sweetness with a bit of spice worked well together. The Elevated Egg Sandwich was really good; the buns were soft, the avocado was well-seasoned, and the bacon was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were seasoned nicely, and the onions added extra flavor. The Smoked Salmon Frittata was okay--not my favorite. The potatoes were great, but the salmon didn't really pair well with the eggs in my opinion. We also got the chocolate chip pancakes to go, and those were delicious later on--super big and very satisfying. Our waiter was attentive throughout the meal, which made the experience even better. Overall, a solid spot with great drinks and some standout dishes.

We went last Saturday morning and it was standing room only with a line to the coffee bar, then we loved it enough to come back for breakfast the next day. That should tell you most of what you need to know. The lemon burst cookie is the reason to walk in the door and a reason to come back. Delectable, plenty of lemon, plenty of tart, and it goes down dangerously fast. We ordered it twice across two visits and would have gone for a third. The lavender honey latte was very good, just the right amount of lavender, not too sweet. The regular coffee was solid, and they let me do a half-and-half decaf without blinking. Sunday breakfast was straightforward, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, a Virgin Bloody Mary, and all of it was well executed. The menu is ample enough that you could come back several times and not repeat yourself. The decor is modern chic, the seating has a relaxed couch-and-lounge feel, and the music including Rolling Stones, Duran Duran, Van Halen, etc, was the kind of 80s pop-rock playlist that makes a Saturday morning feel like it has a soundtrack. Not too loud, just right. The restrooms were really nice and accessible. The crowd was a genuine mix, families with kids, older couples, and young "elite", the kind of clientele that parks Maseratis and Ferraris out front but doesn't need the prices to match, because they don't. The menu is moderate for Oak Brook, which is a pleasant surprise. Wait staff were excellent, friendly, accommodating, attentive. This works for a casual coffee run, a family breakfast, or a special occasion with reservations. If Beatrix were a TV character, it would be Lorelai Gilmore, fast, charming, effortlessly good at three things at once, we get it Lorelai, you're over caffeinated. 4.4 Stars The honest gripe: we felt a little rushed. Breakfast came and went in forty minutes, the waitress was ready to move us on in 30 minutes, but we pumped the brakes and asked for our second lemon burst cookie of the weekend, and it would've been nice to get the signal that we could linger. My sense is they're popular enough that turning tables is the priority, and I get it, Lorelai has a business to run, but it's the one thing that kept a great morning from being a perfect one. What would push it to five stars: let us sit with our coffee a little longer. We came back two days in a row, we clearly want to be here. Just let us stay.

It came with a side of fruit that didn't look the best, but the wrap itself made up for it. For drinks, we had water, tomato juice, and an iced vanilla latte.
