The staff is super accommodating. I was able to try a refresher and I ended up getting it because it was sooooo delicious. The server said it was like a dessert and he was right! If you aren't desperate for a caffeine fix, definitely get a Qamar al-din... it is so delightful, sweet, fruity, and truly refreshing! If I hadn't just come from lunch, I would have gotten something from the pastry case. For sure, I will have to come back and grab something next time. I think I just found my new favorite tea/coffee shop!

The interior was very spacious with a lot of seatings and bright lights. We decided to go with the Habibti Latte and Rose Pistachio Matcha. The Habibti latte came with rose and cardamom, and it was really good, very light rose flavor. The pistachio matcha was good too but I wish there was more pistachio flavor, since the rose flavor was more dominant. The default matcha latte comes with 3g of matcha, but you could pay $1+ more to get 6g of matcha as well. I would highly recommend :)

I don't need to go through various food items (kimchi, egg rolls, churros, calamari, beignets) and frappes, smoothies, "special-teas", fusion teas, and the list can clearly go on. I find that when there's a lack of focus, a place finds difficulty in landing on one specialty... and girl, was I right. I had the Jasmine Milk Tea, and my tea was under-steeped and way too diluted down. Another teahouse bust in the area.

When I'm in the area, I love stopping by 7th Day, so I was really disappointed today…read more I ordered a large iced matcha with vanilla, and when I received my drink, I immediately noticed that the cup was significantly smaller than it has been in the past. I asked the barista if it was a large, and I was told that they only carry one size now. However, the menu at the counter still shows TWO different prices, which is confusing if there is only ONE size available. How can there be two prices for a single size? I also want to point out that the cup genuinely appears smaller than what they previously had. This isn't simply a matter of the cup being "wider" the overall amount of product seems noticeably smaller. To make matters worse, my matcha was grainy and had no vanilla flavor. Paying $8 for a noticeably smaller drink that wasn't prepared well left me feeling cheated. I understand that prices and portions can change, but the combination of a smaller drink, charging me for a large, and poor quality was really disappointing. I've always enjoyed 7th Day, but unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

I wanted some good matcha and saw this place with good reviews…read more The atmosphere is pretty friendly. We ordered from the kiosk, so I can't speak much about service. I ordered an iced matcha latte, 50% sweet, whole milk. My husband ordered iced Americano "reg sweet" (thinking it was just what the store labels as a normal order and wouldn't be sweetened since americanos come plain). It's pretty pricey. We're from North Cali and a typical matcha is $6.50-$7.50, so my matcha order was $7.50. My husband's iced Americano was $4.50, so average price. The matcha looked promising from the color, but the moment I tasted it, it legit tasted like cardboard. I have no other flavor profile or description for it. My husband said his Americano was way too sweet, and surprised him that it was actually sweetened. His Americano had the same quality as gas station coffee. Our fault for assuming the Americano would come out as something other than what it should be despite of the "reg sweet" label. Neither of us could finish even a third of our drinks, and ended up tossing them out. Bottom line: The name does not match the experience.

The location is a little confusing. It's in the back of a shopping complex behind the main road. They offer a wide variety of Yemeni and regular coffees, teas, smoothies, matchas and more. They also have a wonderful selection of pastries that are very unique. I opted for Qishr which I've come to learn is a type of tea and a chocolate covered date.
