It was a Saturday and the pharmacy was the only place that could do it for me. They charged me 5 dollars for 5 copies, I vowed that I would never go there again. Fast forward 6 years later honeybrook pharmacy closed and Ben the pharmacist is working there I was told so I would go there as Ben was exceptionally good at his job.after my wife and I went to our doctors we had all our scripts sent there.we called on Tuesday afternoon and spoke to someone who sounded like they were halfdead.waited forever on hold and finally found our scripts. I asked them to order the meds and I would be in the following day to pick them up. But they wouldn't order them until I gave them all my insurance info. Unfortunately I couldn't find it right then but didn't want another day to pass without ordering the meds, Between my wife and myself we spend around 5 thousand dollars on meds yearly and that doesn't count what my insurance pays. Needless to say one phone call to the pharmacy we are currently using and the meds were ordered and I had them the next day. I also found out that Ben doesn't work there anymore. My point is I tried to keep my business local and instead of just ordering the meds and worrying about insurance info later they refused to do anything. That is the second and last time you will turn me away I will frequent other pharmacy and spend my money there it's a wonder that you are still in business you lost thousands of dollars by turning me away YOUR LOSS

Or, offer discounts for DIY checkout hassle. Also, there is no EASY way to track your points. No easy way to use them if you're at self-checkout. Everything here is just more difficult than it needs to be. Open up an extra register or two! Make the experience pleasant. Last year I tried to use my points to get a free turkey. The poor woman waiting at self checkout had to go all the way back to the meat department twice just to figure out how to get me a free bird. ‍

The first prescription was an antibiotic, the second was migraine medication (and now my wife has a migraine without medication). I understand if you can't get medicine, but at least attempt to give us accurate timelines. Both times we were told to come back at a specific date/time only for it not to be ready - twice. It's not always well-organized and not as large as others, and doesn't have a drive thru, but it can't be beat for good ol' fashioned SERVICE. This CVS is smaller than some others so it's not as well stocked with holiday items during the end of year holiday season, and have a small refrigerator and freezer section. With the lack of a grocery store in Old City, the smart thing to do would be to expand those sections. But I can usually find what I'm looking for here. And the pharmacy rarely has a wait. They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon. This CVS has been a welcome addition to my Old City neighborhood since the day it opened.

I can no longer walk, and so this is necessary. The workers there are friendly and helpful when needed. I can get all of my grocery shopping done in 15 minutes. It is not overly crowded. There are a lot of bad reviews on here, but I have not had a bad experience there.
