The Pottstown location still exists but evidently doesn't carry as many supplies anymore. The new location was nice. When you walk in, there is a lobby with a receptionist who will assist you. Since all I needed was refill supplies, she looked up my info and retrieved the supplies for me. Once I confirmed everything looked correct, she bagged up my items and sent me on my way. Great customer service over the years and no billing issues. No complaints from me!
