Both are bad service. the oxygen technician did not even want to come to deliver my oxygen, which was running out of the tank i received at the hospital. he showed up at 11:00 at night. Barely explained to me how to use it. then he was out the door in 10 minutes. i had to have two other techs come to my house to show me more things about using the oxygen. CPAP machine: same thing. in and out of my house in 15 minutes. so, I had to call them and have techs come back twice to show me more about how to use the machine. one of the techs was very snippy to me. the only good thing i can say about them is that their Sleep Call Center on the phone is good. they helped me a lot with getting different masks and many other questions.

Damn, I never thought I'd recommend Amazon over any local merchant but here we are! I spend hours and hours calling this place, my bank, my insurance company- just for all the freaking errors this place makes! (And while I'm typing this I'm sitting on hold with this company! )....
