My husband has been in a power wheelchair for over 20 years due to paralysis. 3 months shy of his 5 years with that chair the motors blew up and the national wheelchair company we had been working with was of no help. We started calling around to rent a wheelchair until we could work out the details with the insurance companies. This is when the team at Independence in Motion made a very difficult situation much easier for us. I couldn't believe how easy and pleasant it was to work this them. They went the extra extra mile even though we had to wait those extra 3 months to get the new chair they gave us the loaner chair and the detail that was put into his new chair was more than astonishing!! I had a very limited budget, a Long list if needs, and was running out of time. I KNEW I was looking for that "Needle in a Haystack". Well, John found it for me!
