My husband has always gone to this pharmacy, and couldn't understand why I would waste time dealing w/ the CVS and Walgreens chains, when I could have my prescription needs filled at Neff. Finally, I broke down - and am happy that I did. The main pharmacist is always super pleasant and very knowledgeable on the prescriptions (at least mine, which are probably fairly routine). We no longer live in Chinatown but continue to use Neff as our pharamacist!

On two occasions, they failed to let me know that an authorization was needed which cost me nearly 209 bucks. (If they had told me before I was there to pick up, I could have called my doc.) Then they filled a script with only 7 pills. When I called and asked, I was told that I had to fix their mistake. After I received a call from the "manager" I was told it was basically it's my fault and I should just pay the cost because I got the medicine. (I have insurance that covers 100%) Stay away from this pharmacy. They are rude, careless, and take no accountability when they make mistakes.
