Because…read moreinitially I created a Yelp Project Workspace for Bee Control & Removal on 06 Oct 2025 where I reached to AAB twice... and I have yet to receive a reply! I was seeking further basic information on the company's practices and methods for the Bee Control & Removal job. Then on 08 Oct 2025 I followed-up requesting the same information directly from their website... and I have yet to receive a reply! So, I decided to follow-up with a phone call later that afternoon and I talked to Sergio, and this seems the best means of communication. However, there were numerous text messages between (08-14 Oct 2025) Sergio and I, where AAB could not schedule a slot for inspection of which I wanted a quote/estimate prior to performing/hiring AAB for the job. Sergio kept insisting AAB cannot just come out to do an inspection in Ontario, but will come out to perform the inspection if I was to hire them the SAME DAY! However according to AAB website, they state the following: "Contact us today to schedule a bee inspection and enlist our expert services." After reading these reviews I was very hopeful in completing this job, but it's unfortunate we could not come to an understanding because from reading the reviews Sergio seems to be a nice guy. I would hope AAB next time will value their customer's time.

Dave was very thorough in explaining everything to me, empathetic in my past situation which put my mind at ease. I found out there located a couple exits from where I live.
