Sweet! Take a trip to this hidden little treasure where 97 year old Senor Victor and his family (thank you John and Leslie) sells local wild honey, a jar at a time. There are different sizes of the liquid gold. My quart is a beautiful amber color. The flavor reminded me of melted brown sugar and leaves you with a floral essence. They sell other bee related products such as royal jelly (that I am excited to try), bee pollen and honey comb. I can't wait to try the summer wild honey. Gracias!! Support small business!

I purchased tickets online for a beehive experience at The Valley Hive as part of our anniversary…read morecelebration, and it was truly a fantastic experience! I honestly didn't know much about bees going into it, but I left feeling so much more knowledgeable. The staff was amazing, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. The location itself is also really nice. They have a small coffee shop, a nursery, and a gift shop, so after the bee experience you can grab a coffee, walk around, look at some plants, and browse the shop. It was such a fun and unique way to celebrate our anniversary. I highly recommend taking the class, especially if you're looking for something different and memorable to do!

Also, you can flavor test their products per request! They also host a small coffee shop outside! While at it, check their gardening stuff too! Lots of plants! Little to no parking within the premises, you may have to park in the streets, fyi. Overall, great and fun place to go! 4.4/5. We will surely be back.

For people who are looking for good natural health products, this is the best place for natural raw…read morehoney, propolis and royal jelly. Honey Sarah is seriously one of a kind. I have tasted a lot of different raw honey from different markets, organic stores, and even honey from different countries. Most of them were too watery or too filtered, which makes you doubt that it is 100% because real raw honey will be thick and even have crystallized bits and pollen in them. Others that were thick seemed real but tasted really bad and I never bought them again. But Honey Sarah's honey is not only real 100% untouched honey, it also tastes incredible. When the weather gets colder, it even hardens or crystallizes sometimes, which proves the honey is purely natural. All I had to do was put it in a warmer room or dunk the jar it into some warm water to get it back to normal. Their store is small but very clean and nice. The people there are very welcoming and kind, and let you taste samples of the different honey flavors. I first fell in love with the orange flavor, and now I'm starting to really love alfalfa and wildflower. To be honest, they all really taste good. The price may seem a bit pricier than others, but you feel confident that you are getting real nutritious honey with all the health benefits that honey naturally gives. In the end, it is worth it. When you buy this honey, don't expect the watery honey that has been heated or mixed with water or other syrups. Expect some thick and tasty goodness. I usually get the honey in glass jars and I leave it in my car so I can add honey to my different meals during the day. Sometimes I just snack on a scoop when I need something sweet (yet healthy). I recommend this honey to all my friends because I know they will love it.
