In the past, orange blossom has been a hit with my family. Naturally, prices have increased over the years though still decent. Apart from using the honey straight out of the jar for teas and on toast, I have been playing around with honey fermentation so a 3-pounder should last me for a while. My most recent visit I purchased a jar of honey from blueberry flowers as a gift as well as a jar of honey made from the wildflowers in Mexico, both of which tasted amazing. The store rep, who was still in training, did his best to answer questions and provided other suggestions. Other flavors included honey infusions with cayenne and raspberry. All tasty. though I decided the regular stuff does it for me.

We were the only ones in the store so we had the whole place to ourselves. It was nice, but also a bit awkward. The store manager/owner was definitely knowledgeable when it comes to honey and a bit of friendliness would have gone a long way. I do appreciate the cute storefront and how neat everything was. I have also ordered propolis, bee pollen, and royal jelly, which I use as a health supplements. 2. Locally sourced, organic product: Their products are sourced locally and produced organically in the Los Angeles area. I can only find it in selected stores. 3. Excellent customer service: Other than buying the honey in selected stores, I have called them a few times to ask about their honey and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful about their products and their applications.
