Great water delivery company! They are always prompt and have great company service. An extra plus for being veteran owned.

We have a Culligan water softener and a reverse osmosis system. In combination they provide the…read morenecessary treatment for the horrid taste of Collinsville water and filtration to a level better than bottled water. The RO system does require filter replacements approximately annually. I called for annual service for RO and softener and was told it would be six weeks before a service tech could come. I scheduled as there were no other options. Our filters now exhausted, we resorted to drinking bottled water. Two days before the extended appointment time, I was called by the Culligan receptionist and was told it would be another two weeks, and there were no other providers in the area. I called Embrich Plumbing and in two days had a new R/O system and an upgraded water conditioner which requires no salt. They hauled away the 2 year old Culligan system at no extra charge. As a rule, I don't write negative reviews unless I've been subjected to inappropriate business practices. Sadly, even the best products, which I feel Culligan has always promoted, when poorly represented will fail.

Their customer service & management are awful. They have managed to run this particular office into the ground. They are supposed to call, text and/or email before they show up at your home. That does not happen. When you call the office you will get an imbecile who says they dont have any of ypur info. But when you ask how dobyou send me my bill they will say they don't know and do you want to reschedule? The techs may be able to make it out in a few months but they are not sure. Ifvyou tell them to stop/disconnect service they will say um ok. Avoid this debacle at all costs!

We've now had three consecutive bad service experiences with Culligan Water of St. Louis, and each…read morevisit has left our system worse than before. * Two years ago, a routine RO service resulted in a clogged membrane, requiring a second appointment. * Last year, a technician left valves closed, and I had to diagnose the issue myself after being told to "give it time." * Most recently, our RO system stopped working. The technician arrived without the correct parts, so now it requires yet another visit. The worst part--during this latest visit, something was altered that reduced our kitchen tap water pressure by about 90%. We now barely have running water, and the RO system still doesn't work. To his credit, Tony came out Friday night and said pressure would return once the tank refilled. 12+ hours later--no change. We are now stuck all weekend with very limited water, and we're unable to run our dishwasher due to the reduced water flow--so dishes are piling up. We pay an annual maintenance fee and expect professional service. Instead, every visit introduces new problems, requires follow-ups, and leaves us doing our own troubleshooting. At this point, this is clearly a pattern of poor service, not a one-time mistake. I've lost confidence in their ability to service the system properly. Response to Culligan's acknowledgement: Thank you for the response, Terry. I want to be clear that this is not a matter of expectations--it is a matter of repeated service failures. This is now the third consecutive visit where the system was left in worse condition than before, and the most recent visit resulted in a significant loss of kitchen water pressure. While I appreciate the follow-up visit, the issue remains unresolved. I am now waiting until Thursday for a plumber, which means nearly a full week without normal kitchen water use. During this time, we have had limited tap water and have been unable to safely run our dishwasher. At this point, the concern is not just this single incident, but a clear pattern of incomplete and error-prone service. I am looking for: * Full restoration of both water pressure and RO functionality * A clear explanation of what caused the issue * Assurance that future service will be handled by experienced technicians * Appropriate compensation for the disruption and time involved I hope Culligan takes this seriously and works toward a complete resolution.
