Mark was outstanding from initial contact through final inspection of the job. The water heater…read moreinstallation was impeccable in every detail, including copper solder joints, connections, drip pan, drain line, expansion tank, and cleanup/cleanliness. He covered the stairs and entry to ensure no damage to flooring, and he was careful to not damage walls despite moving a very old and heavy heater up the stairs from the basement. Pricing was slightly lower than my next closest quote, but I chose Landmark mainly because of Mark's professionalism and knowledge.

Allen Pohlman came through within about 45 minutes of calling for assistance and got us squared away quickly and cleanly. Allen also spotted another issue and explained to my wife and me how to fix it without breaking the bank. Prices are actually really good for an emergency call. Even better, Allen was incredibly nice and not just trying to slog through another call. I'll be contacting him again if I need an assist, for sure

We wanted to love them, based on their reviews…read more I've been using the same plumber for years, but they were recently bought out, so we tried this spot as I try to support local. The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went. Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us. Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication. We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.
